Who’s confident for the Derby and who’s started panicking already Iam in the confident camp, I know it’s the Derby and anything can happen but I just feel we are developing a more patient killer instinct.

There doesn’t seem to be the worry amongst the fans or the players if where not three up inside ten minutes!
So with that in mind I shall be predicting a 2-0 victory with Kuyt and Gerrard Scoring.

definatly confident about this one. we owe them big time after the 3-0 drubbing they gave us. im going to predict a heavy win, we're in great form and the way the team has started to gel, im going for a 4-0 win. ambitious sore? I dnt think so, that defeat against them hurt us bad, so revenge is key. plus we can overtake the chavs in the process! 2 for bellamy, gerrard and alonso.

I'm confident, 3-0 for me (not what I said in the compition but I've changed my mind!). Alonso got booked for the fifth time last night, so does any one know if this is the game he misses? If so its just as well that Momo is back in training. I just hope if Alonso cant play, its Momo in the team and Rafa doesn't go on one and play Zenden! I noticed him on the bench at West Ham.

Kuyt, Gerrard and Bellamy to score!  Wink

Thats better for us though, it gives Momo more time to recover if he needs it! It might be difficult for him to get into the pace of the Derby.

Definitely, I also thought Alonso had another solid game last night and would have been a big loss to us on Saturday.
But having Momo on the bench will be a big plus.

Yep agree on Alonso performance last night he was solid as. I think we do owe those blue nose smackheads a good pasting on saturday, Im looking at 3-0 win with my best mate Dirk Kuyt getting a hat-trick.

I should also start betting on things as the last 5 matches I Think I got the score right with at least one of the scorers right dunno if one of the mods would like to check up on that from previous post (cough ahem)

2 - 1 to Liverpool.
Gerrard screamer and Kuyt header.  late scrappy goal by the blue sh1te to make a nervous end (ala West Ham)

Momo comes on as sub to a great reception.

Momo Sissoko has been ruled out of Saturday's 205th Merseyside derby.
It was hoped Sissoko would have fully recovered from his shoulder injury in time to face Everton but Rafa Benitez today confirmed the Mali international will not be in the squad.

He has not figured in the first team since the Carling Cup tie against Birmingham on 8 November.

Big shame / loss.
Rafa has said that Mascherano will make his debut at some stage, and that Arbeloa could possibly start the match.
