Ray Winston also in a great film I saw last night for the first time...The Departed...got it for Christmas. Jack Nicholson at he's usual 'bad' best. Great storyline & cast.

If you like true crime films then have a watch of Rise of The Foot Soldier it follows a lad who starts out with the ICF following West Ham and leads through the drug and rave scene of the 90s in gangland Essex, the film basically goes through events that lead to the triple killing of three lads found shot dead in a range rover in Rettendon.(your told this at the start so its not a spoiler ;D)
The film is gory but as its a true story its unavoidable, well worth a watch and it knocks Sean Beans attempt "Essex Boys" for six.

I really wanna see I Am Legend it looks brilliant. I recently watched
Knocked Up - Funny but not as funny as I expected
Twin Town - Absolutely brilliant!! :D
John Tucker Must Die - Girlie, chick flick but funny - a feel-good film :P
and before Christmas I saw American Gangster which was more violent than I expected but really really good.

Thanks for the recommendation Glenbuck. Will be checking that one out.

Just saw Rescue Dawn with Christian Bale....normally really like his work and always enjoy a Werner Hertzog movie but found this one a little dull and a bit like a TV version......the end is Camembert on a stick.

Just started watching No Country For Old Men http://joox.net/cat/2/id/2024720 it has a good rating on IMDB

"Violence and mayhem ensue after a hunter stumbles upon some dead bodies, a stash of heroin and more than $2 million in cash near the Rio Grande."

I just saw "I Am Legend" with Will Smith in it, it was a pretty good movie, also if you like comedy films 'School For Scoundrels' is the funny film i have seen yet.

You'll not be disappointed CRK. Godfather Part 2 is even better than the first film. Can't believe you haven't watched them until now!

It's round about three hours mate but well worth it. Don't forget about Part 3 either. It got criticised on it's release but I think it's quite a good film, if not up the class of the first two.

Can't be that bad though, when the only two films it's compared to is Godfather 1 and 2 ;)

I wouldn't complain if I was the writer! ;D

I've got the box set off me mate but I'm looking to buy it meself, the first one was that good! :)

Yeh I Am Legend did have a sh*t ending, wouldn't the hatch blow open? Wouldn't the zombies think something was weird with that fort?

Watched Knocked Up in me mates before! Excellent film!

The banter between him and his mates (All his real life mates by the way) is hilarious and the out takes and gag reels on the DVD are even funnier than the ones in the film! ;)

Highly recommended! :)

Just got done watching the Simpson's Movie the second time, and it was hilarious. If you want stupid humor, this is what you need to watch. Its mostly a longer version of a TV episode, but its worth the watch! :D

Not seen The Omega Man but would be interested in seeing it now, as I also watched I Am Legend last night. Was alright like, but I agree with you about it could have been a longer film with more ideas in it. Was expecting a little bit more to be honest.
