Just spent a good ten looking for the faces in the crowd....
I know a fair few people who are heading off today... flights to Amsterdam and then on to Athens, flights through Poland etc...
'Scousers here, scousers there, scousers.... (you know the rest)'
To everyone who is heading out, after probably booking the most complicated set of travel arrangements ever (cheers Capitalism!) then I hope you have a safe time, a happy time, and make sure you look after yourselves, each other - and - the players (if we go 3-0 down again!!!)
YNWA and we're all right behind you.

I'll be out there with my mates with our banner "Red Love Never Fails". Let's make LFC proud of us as we represent the best supporters in the World and lets make loads of friends in Athens with our friendly behaviour. Shanks will be with us in spirit!

Look after yourself, and have a great time!

by the way , I know everyone wants to go the boozer to watch the match but I reckon if ya can get ya hands on one of those projectors from work or something (beg, steal or borrow), and set it up on a white wall + all ya mates(reds and blues-wind em up) + a hell of a lot of ale, n yall have a great time. thats what I did when I never got a ticket for istanbul and it was without doubt the best night of my life.

I've a friend who's going to athens, she's spending close to £1000 for a one day trip flying in and out for one day, that includes all travelling not just the flight as she lives in devon, good luck to everyone going.

Hi Aussie mate,
I had more than enough yesterday.
Very rough at the mo, just waiting for a couple of mates then off sightseeing round Athens.
No doubt. I'll be raising a glass or 2 later - I'll be thinking of you all.
Take care pal.

Thank you so much Tommo mate for using the Italian word for champion,"campione" as I am sick to death of Mancs singing champiogne as I always thought this meant something like mushrooms, now why you would want to sing about mushrooms when you have won the league is anyones guess.
(jokes about sitting in s*it in the dark here please!)

Maybe a bit late, but If your coming and have no ticket, buy a fake and try to go for the upper tier at the gound - there's less security and they don't scan the ticket.
It's amazing the scams you can find out talking to people

Well, maybe not advise people to get in to the ground without a ticket... but are there many (real) tickets knocking round - if so whats the average price? I actually feel physically sick today that I am not over there. Totally gutted.
Is there any tickets knocking round?
