Thanks for the post Jabba, shame about the outcome!  :'( Was obviously disappointed by Torres and Yossi's penalties. They seemed to lack conviction in their approach to each penalty by trying to place their shots... James did well to save both attempts and it may have been a different outcome if the ball had been doing 40mph, that's normally when a keeper gets lucky but credit due - James did a better job and Pompey head home with the trophy. 

Voronin looks like a good player, hope he does well in th prem.

Special goal from a great player! Those YouTube highlights I watched before we signed him were testimony to Rafa's vision in acquiring a classy player for f**k all. Get in!

I don't mind if he starts every game given his pre-season and present form, strong as an ox and great awareness and skill - great signing!
