NEW LIVERPOOL ADIDAS KIT 2006/07

As your probably know Liverpool ended their deal with current kit manufacturer Reebok and have signed a new deal with adidas from this summer.

Here are some of the kit previews doing the rounds at the minute.

Feel free to post any other kit designs while we await confirmation of the official kit.

No mate, these are fakes. They've been doing the rounds for months, so they're hardly exclusive! My cousin's husband works for adidas UK and they have some ideas but no designs have been confirmed or even drawn up yet. The quality of these pics is so poor, it should be obvious to everyone they're amature fakes.

These pictures were emailed to us from a guy who works at Adidas in Hong Kong.

I assume you mean that adidas UK is responsible for the design of the club shirts and as such these may be early drafts, but his email suggested that the company are looking to start manufacturing at the end of March.

the adidas design and development team is spread over all nations but a bigger part is played by the country of origin. ie. Liverpool FC = british club = adidas uk play a bigger part in the design.  I've seen the fake email that these pics were attached to months ago!! Are you sure someones not just pulling you're leg? Also the quality of the pictures is so poor, we're talking adidas here, they don't produce images like that!!

Its by-the-by anyway, cos I know for a fact these pictures are not our new kit

The first pics you posted are from an industry brochure also containing LFC leisure wear and have appeared already on loads of other sites - think they first appeared on RAOTL on January 19th, and then appeared on YNWA, RAWK etc

http://forum.raotl.co.uk/viewtopic.php?t=24308&highlight=adidas+kits

The second kit is a fake photoshopped by lazy.boy on RAWK - he's been responsible for many of the designs which have done the rounds by email:

Haven't some samples been manufactured though similar to these.  I like the style very similar to the Spanish kits.

Reckon they're wil be a big market in Spain for these kits.

Does anyone know how long the new deal with adidas will last? And how much is the deal worth for the club?

the deals £10m a year until 2009 with the option for the club to extend it another 10 years at an increased (negotiable) fee (I think we were getting about £5m a year from Reebok).  The shirts that have appeared on ebay that resemble the spanish national shirt are fakes produced by a well-known far-eastern 'replica' organisation. Hope this has been some help.

I must admit these have been seen all over the net, I wonder how much truth comes out from where these comments and pictures come from?

I cant believe you guys are trying to pass these off as exclusive designs from your site, even placing your site address on them. The designs have been around weeks, make that months, and done by regular posters on forums such as Rawk, Ynwa and Tia.

Shocking, at least dont steal other peoples credit - you dont want to get a reputation like kocktalk.
