nasri is a good player but has the heart the size of a pea, goes missing too often and strikes me as the sort who gets the hump easily

Right lads...just a few days left to finally get this Carlton Cole deal wrapped up that we've been waiting on for 5 years. Can we finally do it??!

I know it's not likely, but I'm holding out a tiny bit of hope that we might seal a last minute deal before the window shuts. If we sell/loan Balo,  Borini, and Marksville then we might have space for 1 more. Here's hoping for one more CM!!

I'm a tad disappointed we have not been linked to any more signings at the moment, because I'd really like us to sign a DM.
I also wouldn't have minded Digne on loan, as good as Gomez has been, we shouldn't be putting too much responsibility on the shoulders of a 18 year old defender.

Shocking lack of creativity. With Lucas Milner and Can, we struggle to feed anything worthwhile to the front three.

Said it before, but with Sterling and SG gone, we depend too much on Cou to make things happen.
Maybe BR can push Hendo forward a bit, but with Marko leaving why not take a punt and sign an attacking midfielder. If not for first XI PL games, at least someone who can hold their own in Cap One, FA Cup or Europa league matches.
