Daniel Agger returns to the Liverpool starting line-up for Saturday afternoon's Barclays Premier League clash with Fulham at Anfield.

The Dane is restored to the team for the first time since September 21 alongside Martin Skrtel at the heart of the Reds' defence in a 4-3-3 formation.

Elsewhere, Philippe Coutinho is handed a starting berth after making his comeback from injury at Arsenal last weekend, while Glen Johnson is fit to start after missing the encounter at the Emirates due to a localised infection in his jaw.

Changed to a 4 in defence then. Probably the sensible idea after the formation wasn't working that well.

Good to see Johnson back.

Shame Enrique misses the start, should be a game we can afford to rest him though.

The interesting thing is the switch in formation and Sakho dropped to the bench. Agger had to come back in, re-unites with Skrtel in a system that will suit Skrtel less but it's Fulham and again I don't expect him to be tested there.

I suspect Henderson may well start as the false winger allowing Coutinho more freedom and bringing the best out of him, would be good to see Suarez shifted out wide though and would show Brendan stamping his authority on where he plays.

4 or 5-0 I think is easily achievable and Jol to be sacked on the back of it.

Fairly pleased with our lineup. I would have played Toure instead of Skrtel and maybe tried Sakho at fullback instead of Cissokho, but glad we have returned to 4 at the back.

Hopefully Enrique will get a runout in the second half and be fit for the big games coming up shortly.

Hope Agger has a good game and really puts down a marker that he is back.

Returning to 4 across the back - it would be great to keep a clean sheet today for first time in a while. Nice to see Agger back too, hopefully he'll do well after a period on the sideline.
Great to see Coutinho start, pity though Enrique didn't make it, but gives Cissohko the chance to redeem himself after last week.
After all the debate, Lucas, Hendo and Gerrard all start again.
Not taking anything for granted - but REALLY hoping we can get back on course with a win and some goals from S&S.

Cissokho is really looking at his last chance this side of the year with Enrique back it will be fa cup in the new year before he even gets another sniff especially with Sakhos flexibility to play that position
