Brendan Rodgers has made just one change to his Liverpool line-up for the Reds' crucial Barclays Premier League clash against Tottenham Hotspur at Anfield this afternoon.

The manager names a similar side to the one which edged past Sunderland on Wednesday night, with Raheem Sterling coming in to replace Joe Allen.

Luis Suarez and Daniel Sturridge lead the line with Sterling and Philippe Coutinho offering an extra attacking threat, in front of Steven Gerrard and Jordan Henderson in the midfield.

Glad to see Allen dropped don't think he's done enough in the last few games to warrant his place. Sterling will be chomping at the bit to tear shreds out of Spurs. Expect a reaction from us after the performance against Sunderland, especially the 2nd half.

Punish the Chavs and City for their unexpected slips and probably become the title favourites if we can get the 3 points, bring it on!!!

they're playing 5 in the midfield so eriksen can run forward more often to support Soldado.  That is their real threat. Need to be aware.
