Another hat-trick is all I ask, Luis. Against Norwich it doesn't seem to be too much to ask for.

Whatever about the starting 11 who comes in on the bench as cover for the front if Aspas starts?

Coutinho needs to start hes in a bit of form now. Maybe play him behind a 2 of Suarez and Sterling and leave Aspas on the bench?

                    Mignolet

      Johnson Skrtel Agger Flanno

                    Stevie

                 Lucas Allen

                    Coutinho

         Sterling        Suarez

I totally agree that we have to be focussed on this match, but of the remaining fixtures this is the second easiest, behind the barcodes. We should be looking for a good solid win here. If we start with the same intensity as we did against Citeh then we should be 2 or 3 up within half an hour.
Come on Redmen keep the march to the title going  :kop5cf8koxp6: :kop5cf8koxp6:

In a lot of ways, matches like this can be more difficult than playing one of the top sides. Look at us vs Sunderland a few weeks ago as an example. Anfield started getting restless and the players started getting a little sloppy early in the going when we hadn't scored early. No room for complacency.

      I'd go with:

Mignolet; Johnson, Skrtel, Sakho, Flanagan; Gerrard, Lucas, Allen; Sterling, Suarez, Coutinho

Either as a 4-3-3 or the diamond with Sterling partnering Suarez, assuming Sturridge is out for this game.

I would stick to the same formation as against City, play Allen in place of the suspended Henderson.

My only concern that Sturridge is out injured, I don't fancy Lucas in the starting lineup because he really doesn't offer much when we want to attack, so maybe stick Aspas out wide and play Suarez as a lone striker.

This would be mine, only I think Sakho should keep his place. Any shouts for Teixeira?

Got a feeling it'll work in the teams favour if it's just one of the SaS up front, there seems to be a weird vibe with SaS, I'm not saying it isn't prolific or great most of the time. Suarez is due a goal haul from the form we've seen this season.
Unfortunate having Henderson out but that was a red card offence, I think Allen has a great engine too and I think he's ideal cover for Henderson.
Players will try to fill in for those who are out for various reasons.
Gerrard will make sure they are focused.

Take another look at the West Ham game when Lucas came on for Coutinho. He played on the right of the diamond and contributed quite a bit to the attack. Pretty sure he played the ball through which one us our second penalty.

Either Allan or Lucas would be decent replacements for Henderson I think.

Think the squad has to calm down. the red flags about the man city game was saurez could have got a red. skirted handball. this game could be a banana skin game. Every has to give 100% to win this. we have to win every game to win the title.

We don't Skip and good job because going at these could blow them away in the first half.

I hate being over confident but this is one game in the run in that I simply refuse to see anything other than three points.

I agree but every game has seemed to loom larger after the Sunderland - City / Toffees result tonight.
If the bottom club can level with the second and Palace take three points away from Goodison .....let these misfortunes for others keep us focused and taking nothing for granted.

      Nothing.

Amazing how all the final fixtures are panning out .

Yeah but you know how it is...you go there and you only end up leaving to go to the cash machine! It's me mates bday anyways so if he wants to go I'm going! And yes, I will pay the extra tenner for a dirty dance. Why the F***ing hell not?

We better win. Nothing worse than a hungover defeat. Will have to get up early for a shower and Happy Day order.

I think Brendan and Stevie will keep the lads feet on the ground and stress how important this game is but as a supporter I think Norwich are sh*te and if we are prepared, like I think we will be, I see a quite comfortable win.

Is it wrong or too early to have a stomach ache, stress , and high blood pressure already about this game??
Just trying to keep my mind occupied on other things, but I just can't. This title is so close.
I think back in 2009 our title run ended with that 5-5 draw with Arsenal at home.
We have to stay focused and just do our job.

Cant post again until after the game so best of luck to the gaffer and the lads

Just keep doing what we've been doing for the last 2 months and when/if it gets dodgy don't panic and just keep believing that we will get the result we want

Norwich are fighting for there life were fighting for our place back at the top of the tree. Look at our dressing room to theres and you'll see we have more fighters let alone better footballers

Calm, faith, belief, patience, victory, my 5 words for Sunday
