 Jürgen Klopp has again placed his faith in a young Liverpool team in the FA Cup, naming a youthful line-up for this evening's third-round replay against Exeter City at Anfield.

The boss makes 10 changes to the side that faced Manchester United in the Barclays Premier League on Sunday, with goalkeeper Simon Mignolet the only man to retain his place.

That means many of the youngsters who acquitted themselves well at St James Park earlier this month feature again, while Brad Smith, Tiago Ilori and Kevin Stewart are handed their first Anfield starts with the senior team.

Mignolet is joined by fellow first-team squad members Joe Allen, Christian Benteke, Jordon Ibe and Jose Enrique, who captains the side, in starting the game.

Still liked to have seen a stronger team but here we go come on reds

Young lads or not, we'd expect any of our players to go on loan to League 2 and clean up. Should win easily.

You'd expect the guy with a new 5-year deal to be captain, not the exiled reserve with 6 months left.

Should still win this.

Don't see why Stewart starts when we could get Kent or Ojo in. Stewart clearly has no future here whilst Ojo or Kent could use the time on the pitch as experience.

Fair play to the boss - he said he'd play the kids again and he has.

Could go two ways for the players playing in a bigger stadium in front of a bigger crowd.  Hope they're up to the job.

I'm not saying Benteke has to get on the scoresheet, but he absolutely needs a big game. For him, for us, for everyone.

Looking forward to seeing Ojo's energy tonight. Hope he gets a few minutes. Good to see Flanno on the way back as swell.

Wasn't registered before the first game against them.  Think he can play in next round (there I've jinxed it now).

I want to see these young guns as I do not watch much of the reserves.

Funny as F**k,  it's simply for his cv mate, hey look I've been captain of lfc,

All kidding aside, he didn't play too badly considering the pitch,  lack of playing time and playing with those for the first time,

Tonight's side will be much more effective,  nice pitch to play on, familiar surroundings, home crowd,
It won't be a walk over but I'd expect us to progress,
I'm quietly confidant that our young guns will do the business,

I hope and expect Allen and Benteke to step up and play like the senior players they are tonight.

I'd have liked to have seen Ojo start but I'm sure we'll see him from the bench.

I just find it shocking there aren't more big names on the bench. I am not saying we will need them, I am saying they should be there if we need them. This is a bad way to go into a game and I don't care how anyone tries to gloss this over to make Klopp look like a genius.
