Philippe Coutinho and Daniel Sturridge return to the Liverpool team as Jürgen Klopp names an attacking line-up to face Manchester United in the Europa League tonight.

The pair join the in-form Roberto Firmino and Adam Lallana in attack for the much-anticipated first leg against the Red Devils.

Klopp has made one other change – Nathaniel Clyne resumes his role at right-back.

Liverpool XI: Mignolet, Clyne, Lovren, Sakho, Moreno, Can, Henderson, Lallana, Coutinho, Firmino, Sturridge.

Substitutes: Ward, Toure, Smith, Allen, Ojo, Benteke, Origi.

Right, Allen isn't the savior, just because of super Allen penno moment, lets stop pretending he's immense because he has proved that he just isn't, he plays good when he gets limited opportunities to prove something.
Everyone deserves to be rewarded for a good game but you're getting carried away.
I haven't been impressed with Hendo since he came back but he's due a good game and must be showing signs in training.
Moreno is getting lynched on here, when earlier in the season he was being touted as the joint most consistent player, that's why I take fickle opinions with a massive chunk of salt.

To be fair, we are going to press them like hell today and Allen hasn't started since his return from injury so I can see why he isn't starting in this high octane encounter. Moreno has done well lately (or not fu**ed up) which just makes me feel a moment is around the corner. Hopefully he willl keep his head tonight. Henderson might not have the bottle to put in chance creating passes but when they have possession he will chase them like a man possessed today, which is needed.

Thought we'd go with that 3 behind Sturridge - attacking line up, like it!

Milner the CM to get dropped. Is he injured not to be on the bench?

Shneiderlin is their only ball winning midfielder. I think we can totally overpower them there. My only real worry is Moreno, but I fancy us to win this.

Am gutted Milner isn't fit for this one because his energy (given Henderson can't seem to run like he used to with this injury) will be missed. Be interesting to see whether Coutino, Lallana or Firmino play centrally ahead of Can and Henderson. Has anyone seen the record of this Spanish ref tonight? He's card crazy. It's got red card written all over it, just hope we are the side finishing with 11 players and the win!
