That's probably the best captain's performance by Hendo!

What a win. Showed we can see out a game when under pressure. F***ing buzzing with that. Another great team performance but I know a lot will disagree but Wijnaldum was brilliant tonight. Tidy in possession always available kept us ticking over in the middle.

Fanfuckingtastic! Weekend already made!!! Aside from the goal we were SUPERB defensively and in midfield we were supreme!

Matip and Lovren the new Carra and Hyypia?! Yes please! Hendo and Wijnaldum STONKINGLY brilliant! Those four players were the basis of that performance. As complete a performance at Stamford Bridge as I've ever seen by Liverpool.

The rent boys were lucky to get 1! And where else would home fans would leave at 2-1 with 5 minutes to play? That's right ONLY Stamford Bridge!

Costa met his match today in Matip. He won so many interceptions, tackles and headers against Costa.

I can't see how the MotM goes to anybody other than Jordan Henderson. Excellent performance from him.

Yep he has been superb tonight. A lot of good performances out there tonight, lovren and Matip were excellent, Clyne and Milner must have run a marathon a piece, Lallana again, Wijnadum had his best game in a red shirt by a mile. Really impressive performance.

That's Chelsea, spuds and arsenal away done and dusted and we should have won all three!

The most pleasing aspect of the game was even after we conceded and came under pressure we never looked like conceding.
Last season we would have capitulated. Great signs for the season ahead.

They put us under pressure at times, but you'd expect that from any home side.
Thought we coped very well and that was s deserved three points,
Starting to believe a little bit more after that Stella performance.
Terry would have made a not of difference and we bossed that as much as them.
Our defence is starting to gell and the press was terrific. Not sure about drudge going off, his removal gave them imputus!
