Absolutely mate, that was an absolutely fantastic match but in a game where there was so much good I have never in my life been as stunned by one person's effort in a match.

I tip my cap and raise a drink to you Adam Lallana that was phenomenal, truly, truly phenomenal, well played sir.

Anthony c**t Taylor is obviously a Spurs fan tonight - we'd have gotten various reds if we'd done the same.

He is a spuds fans indeed. Foot stamping is extremely dangerous.

Great team performance, everyone played well, but the one that really stood out for 90 mins was Firmino. He held the ball up , bought players into play and didn't give any time for the Spurs defence to breathe, what a performance!

So we just beat one of our rivals for top four in an absolutely brilliant performance by every single player out on that pitch today and all you can think about is 'what if we had lost'?

F**k's sake you are one depressing joke of a supporter.

On the game: very pleased with that performance. Just how fit are our players? Lallana, Wijnaldum, Henderson, Firmino, ... Jesus Christ they just don't stop running! Unbelievable.

Lallana MOTM for me too, but any one of Wijnaldum, Henderson, Lucas, Firmino deserves it too.

Glad to finally get those 3 points we desperately needed.

The performance is not a massive indicator, as I've said, we've been here before. But, in our favour, this performance today has kept a clean sheet and assured us of 3 points where in those other top 4 games, we messed up and drew. So, hopefully, hopefully today is a sign of things to come. Perhaps now we have put an end to that rot we have so talked about.

Question must be asked as to how Klopp-favourite Can managed to get onto the pitch which is a worry. Seems like Klopp can't go a game without his man, and doesn't bode well for future games.

The big one to watch is Leicester (although they are utterly useless at the moment), and more so Burnley. Will Klopp make the changes we need? or will Can suddenly change his season and Firmino feed off Mane to bring something to his game?

Clear winners today though, and that's what we ought to have been. Great performance with an excellent tempo all round.

Very very good and important result, also loved the fact that we were so cool in the second half, just controlling the tempo and looking to hit them on the break.
Big plusses for Klopp and the coaching team and all the players.

About time we had a result like that, still think we need a striker on the pitch from the start, oh, and we beat the Welsh too.  So all in all not too bad.

Yep I love how much he chases down everything. Every nothing ball he'll run and fight for.

Starts the press from the front.
