Here's the team for today's game ; Itandje, Finnan, Riise, Carragher, Hypia, Lucas, Alonso, Benayoun, Babel, Crouch, Kuyt. Subs; Martin, Hobbs, Mascherano, El Zhar, Voronin. Well that team should easily be able to beat Luton, so come on you mighty Reds. Although I don't want to jinx it : 2-0 to the boys.

Looking forward to this one and hope we can secure a trip into the next round. Nice to see Intandje get a start along with Lucas, Xabi and Crouchy up front. Nothing but a win will do, a clean sheet would be a great result too. Let the fun and games commence!

Yeah, quite a strong line up. Good to see big Sami back as well. I hope both strikers bag a good few goals here today. Looking forward to seeing how Alonso and Lucas do together.

Come on Reds, paid $15.00 for pay per view, because Fox soccer channel is showing the Arsenal game. Need goals, very grumpy from Wigan game.

Could someone please tell me whats wrong with Dirk Kuyt. COME ON DIRK MATE get yer head up lad you need to work even harder cmon. We are treating this too much like a training match and are not being ruthless enough. I also think we need to use more width with the full backs tracking the wingers Lutons left side is very vunrable Ryan has proved that a couple of times already. I hope we can do this lot as their supporters are a bunch of wankers always booing Peter Crouch when hes on the ball f**king boo boys I HATE YOU. Hope PC scores now and really rubs their noses in it CMON YOU RED MEN.

From Liverpool FC.TV The Reds' FA Cup fate remains in the balance after a goalless first-half against Luton Town at Kenilworth Road. The League One outfit have more than held their own in an end-to-end first period that has seen Ryan Babel, Sami Hyypia and Dirk Kuyt all go close for Liverpool. But Rafa and co haven't had it all their own way and Kevin Blackwell's men have so far made a mockery of the two division gap between the two sides. In fact they could have gone in at the interval ahead had Hatters midfielder Dave Edwards made more of his opportunity when sent clear on goal on five minutes. Fortunately for Liverpool Charles Itandje made a smart stop on that occasion and Rafael Benitez will be hoping for more from his side in the second half if they are to book their place in round four of the competition. **************************************************** 2nd half is under way. We really need to pull our socks up...

Luton missed a golden opportunity as Talbot heads over from close range...we're really battling to get hold of the ball.
