Every top flight player that Liverpool are linked with - turns into a Long Winded...will he / or won't he sign, taking fecking ages...!
Surely this just sums up Parry as a complete C O C K.
Are we just tight when it comes to meeting player/club demands or are clubs like Spurs, Chelsea, Mancs just paying over the odds.
Or have they proper people in place to negotiate and deliver the goods...maybe a bit everthing me's think.

Could be one of the reasons why Rafa has started to approach clubs about players this early.

probably because Parry has booked his summer holidays, after all he does not want to messing around with transfer negotiations when he could be sunning himself !!!!!

Not to mention the long winding road of Stevies contract after Istanbul.

Correction: Spend the Yanks money and then F**k off instead of 'Spend the yanks money or Fuckoff'

Every top flight player that Liverpool are linked with - turns into a Long Winded...will he / or won't he sign, taking fecking ages...!

Mr Parry is a C O C K... no doubt there... and a Judas C O C K at that... but I don't think HE is THE reason we seem to go around in circles in regard to Rafa first choice signings... well apart from blaming him for not growing our club in revenue terms since he has been CEO of the club ...and watch our stadia and revenue streams fall way behind the likes of Manure and Arse. 1. We simply CANNOT compete (for the same players in the market) with Manchester United or Chelsea because they have MORE money than us and systematically out-bid us. Torres was the exception to the rule, because as Fernando himself said... his attraction to coming to the Premier was Rafa himself (interview last week on LFC.TV). 2. Parry just goes cap in hand from Rafa to the board... Parry can't squeeze mega-dollars out of these guys while it is not clear if they will be at the club on June 1st. Hicks in control or DIC take-over is the only way forward. I fear that until we sort our board (finances and budgets) off the field... Rafa's summer shopping list of first choices is pretty much in the air... or it's back to 2nd and 3rd choices. As I have said before, I fear we are now closer to the likes of Man City and Spurs in the spending ranks than we are to the clubs ending above us in the league (Manure, Arse and Roman'$ hobby). Let's just hope we fix things off the park this summer so that Rafa can in turn sign first options (if they are still available and not snapped up by Manure, Arse, Chavs, Spurs, etc...) and we can then, in turn, step-up our No.19 expectation levels...and that of Rafa himself (may I be so bold to add).

We always get teased with world class names only to be out gunned by other international top clubs... Well that's what it feels like anyway.. It may just be the media linking us to mouthwatering prospects like Villa, huntelaar, Eto and co..? Whatever the reason the "big boys" don't come to our club easily...

That's Agents for you... I can't see this stuff coming from Melwood... it comes from other managers or agents leaking bids... (remember ...it's auction season!!!)

I get the feeling many Premier clubs are being approached on part-exchange basis for players currently in our squad to sort out their future as soon as possible... (e.g. I would bet a fair amount that the A.Villa Barry deal involves Riise part-funding deal).

Ever thought we can't bid as much as other clubs...? Just a thought.

Well TBH, the fact that were considered a "top four" team after spending like clubs such as Tottenham is testament to Raffa then isn't it ...

I just feel we are not as aggressive in the market. Obviously, other clubs can out bid us, but its getting ourselves in situations and being aggressive being quick and firm and sort of ultimatum sort of offer. We will be second in the transfer market to the Mancs and Chelsea in a lot of situations fair enough, because of them being very generous in their valuations. But like Benitez has stressed we need to be quick off the mark and get the player's interest very quickly and stitch the loose ends.

When nobody is prepared to foot the bill (club control factor) you can't be quick off the mark. Sad but true. Rafa's main dileman I suspect... together with Hicks probably going bananas about how many USDs he would have to put down for a world class player in Europe (EUROS)...IF ... he is still around on June 1st.

Very interesting interview Keegan gave Sky after the Chelsea game... about the current state of the transfer market in the Premier "...maybe the Chairman thinks we can compete in the transfer market, but I know that in reality we can't, we will get out bid every time". Very interesting indeed...

Nail on the head. Add doing business in transfers like a hippy, then it paints a clearer picture.
