Surely his form will trigger a media target upon his head. I know i bag him but its premature to offload him and should hang on to him for atleast next season. A sale now would be, surely, for a fraction of the price we paid. He can do it, just give him some time.

Then what happens when Nando comes back :S, Rafa made a stupid buy here IMO, he should have bought a genuine Attacking midfielder to play off Nando and not a striker

Exactly what i said when all this talk surfaced of buying him. The theory of his signing is very good but looking into all the facts, he was always going to struggle. If we wanted someone to play a support role, Crouchy did it much better and scored goals plus we lost 10 million in replacing him. Rafa's purchasing here was very poor. Ah well, we have to live with it now and support Robbie while he has the red shirt.

Exactly what i thought, or a right winger so babel can play there. Someone like aguero would have been perfect. He and Torres have been proven together in their fairly brief spell at athletico together.
