If we're talking US, Scrubs anyone?

For some reason, this scene always sticks in my mind:
      Scrubs Threesome Proposal

My name is Earl - love that one two.

And Curb your enthusiasm is growing on me every time I see it.

Speaking of Scrubs, this show is also great: Children's Hospital. It's a parody of medical dramas and is actually filmed at the same hospital as Scrubs.

Will have to have a look, is it on uk tv at all?  I saw a really funny one when I was in the states last year 'It's always sunny in Philadelphia', Danny Devito was in it.  The episode I saw was very funny, but I don't think that is on uk tv either.

No, unfortunately not. I'd point you toward some places to uhh 'acquire' it, but I think that would contravene forum rules. :)

It's a completely ridiculous show, but deliberately so.

So many to choose from - an attempt at a current top ten

Red Dwarf - up to series 7, smoke me a kipper...
Curb Your Enthusiasm - Larry and Geoff together crack me up (and Leon)
Seinfeld - so similar to Curb, love Kramer
      Entourage - Johnny Drama....
      Blackadder - in order: 2,1,4,3
Extras - just a bit funnier than the Office
Fawlty Towers - still funny everytime you watch it
IT Crowd - have you tried turning it off and on again?
Parks and Recreations - hilarious just for Ron Swanson
The Young Ones - school years, so always has a place

Never met anyone who put series one anywhere but last before.

Well 3 and 4 used many of the same jokes as 2

1 was maybe too clever for many to fully appreciate - Oh dear, Richard the third..

I like Friends, can't wait for it to start on Comedy Central (even though I have the entire 10 seasons box set :p)

Curb Your Enthusiasm as well, if you haven't seen that, you're missing out

I was watching Two and a Half Men on Comedy Central earlier, walked out of the room and could hear Joey from Friends talking.  Walked back in thinking the channel had changed and the ad was on.  I knew Friends was ending on E4 but didn't know it was going to Comedy Central...twas a pleasant surprise even though I've seen every episode at least 10 times.  When all else fails and nothing is on TV, you were always safe in the knowledge that Friends would be on, so glad it got picked up again. :)

Spent most of the weekend watching Only Fools and Horses.  I love watching the Specials on GOLD because I haven't got those on DVD.  Nothing will ever come close to beating it as best sitcom ever IMO.

Loving The Inbetweeners at the minute too.  Can't wait to see the film.

I guessed that Comedy Central would buy it, just saying ;)

It's too successful not to be on TV, like you said, so many people watch it when there's nothing else on TV

Na, that's a improv show. Very very funny anyway, especially the American version (the British one was a little lacklustre in my view).

Never got into Friends myself.  Saw the odd episode but never really floated my boat.

Anyone ever see the two series of 'Early doors'?  I loved those.

I dont know if anyone has mentioned it yet but there is a new programme called Wilfred on tv id highly recommend it as its quality had me in stitches its a remake of a Australian tv show you can watch both versions on TV Links website.
Its only going to get better its a gem this one. It has Frodo from lord of the rings as a main character too honestly cant recommend this enough

Enjoy it chap, as I won't be watching it.
