Second best night at Goodison after Bayern in 85

Was a decent nights boxing, Price despatching the Czech Republic lad with ease, very good fight with that Farrell lad and the manc, Callum putting on a good display and getting rounds and a good win for Masher.

You knew they were gonna lay it on with the bluenose stuff. Missed his interview but watching that bit with him before the fight where he was guiding Johnny Nelson around Goodison, Tony thinks he's King F***ing Blue!!

      F***ing z cars. Jesus F***ing h.

Bellew always comes out to Z Cars, which incidentally did make me laugh about Price coming out to Whole of the Moon instead of YNWA, after being told he couldn't - cos it's at Goodison.

Good punch from Makubu to knock down Bellew, put that cracking left from Bellew knocked Makubu spark F***ing out in the second before he went down.

Fair play to him, now he's a World Champ

Hope this Joshua fight provides some sort of action and maybe him meeting someone who can give him problems.

      Not holding my breath though.

Took a lot there did Breazeale, fair play to him.

Probably done Joshua some good to go more than 3 rounds as well.

BOOM! Joshua is so impressive the way he goes about his work in the ring.

I can see why Breazeale was picked as his opponent being bigger and a bit heavier like a build up to take on Fury at some point.

AJ saying he was hoping for Fury in the Winter but probably be Parker now after Fury's injury.

David Haye saying he sees no issues beating AJ. Wouldn't mind seeing that scrap though.

I'm slightly deflated at the moment, I ran Sam and the girls to the Midlands to her mums and drove all the way back up because I wouldn't have been able to watch the boxing and in general it's been a bit sh*t.

Anthony Joshua better spark this lad right out or he'll have me to answer to.

I would have just gone Brum City Centre and got right on it. F***ing love that place.

Yeah seen the interview with AJ. Think he has to fight Parker at some point, probably be around November as that will be his mandatory defence. Haye can say what he likes, I still think he'll end up on his arse. How the F**k he's number 3 in the IBF ratings after beating basically two bums I do not know. But as you say it should be a good fight.

      Really impressed by Joshua again.

I can't wait till he beats Fury about for a few rounds and sends that tw*ts career in a permanent nosedive.

I find Haye obnoxious,I really do,talks far too much & failed against Klitschko after bigging himself up...

He justs wants a pay day, he'll get sparked out.

Been a while since he's had a massive pay day, who better to get one against than AJ. He underestimates AJ's speed and overestimates his own.

looking forward to the Golovkin/Brook fight so much so I have even paid to watch it. Golovkin looks awesome and so calm and considered  not at all like the usual crap Boxers spout before  fight.

Golovkin v Brook ended as most suspected but my God was it some fight for those 5 rounds!

After the first minute of the first round it was clear that neither man planned on going the distance. The intensity and agression was through the roof from both fighters. I've never been the biggest fan of Kell Brook but he got hit hard in the first and came right back at Golovkin. For three rounds it was neck and neck, maybe even Brook edging it. But once Golovkin started going through the gears his quality really came out. He is devastating! I think it was the right decision to throw in the towel, it was only a matter of time before Golovkin finished it anyway. Protect your fighter, that's what the corner team is there for.

still having nightmares mate of Golovkin just walking forward through Brooks punches he is like a Terminator . If that had gone on for more than 8 or 9 rounds I think Brook would have been in trouble. I thought Brook was brilliant to do what he did and he came out of this with a great deal of credit.
