Not happy with Dossena or Lucas

Happy with that line up except for one main thing; Dossena should not be playing, it should be Aurelio. Would have been good if Yossi started but hopefully he will still have a positive impact on the game if he comes on.

I thought Babel would start this game but obviously not.

Nice to see Torres and Gerrard but I don't see how Kuyt kept his place. He was poor on Sunday and Yossi came on and did more than he did in the whole time he was on pitch.

Still, there's enough quality here to beat them.

Interesting starting line-up. Definitely winnable, though.

Pretty happy with that line up if thats what he goes with.  I don't think it matters which fringe players he brings in tonight, the lads will be on a high after Sundays win and brimming with confidence.

The Bitters will be out of the cup tonight. 

I would of thought Yossi after two good showings would be getting a start tonight.

If i could have, i would have compared Steven's mistakes to Lucas' tonight but i cant watch the whole game unfortunately. Would be interesting to see and would definately stop some criticism.

what is lucas doing playing ahead of masch this is exactly the type of match we needed  him a merseyside derby, this is no place for lucas, disappointed aureilo is not playing as well, he had one of his best games for liverpool at the weekend.

I hope Dosana got his football head on tonight, he did quite well in the last game he played...

Reckon Aurelio's took a knock.  I seen him take a crunch against Chelsea. With Insua away our options are limited.

As for Lucas, happy he has got Alonso alongside him.

I'm happy there isn't a lot of changes. And with Alonso next to Lucas, I reckon Alonso will be picking the ball up deeper and starting things off quicker.
