OK RK here is my first attempt at house music....this is nice and mellow, done it by chaining together wav files in a nice program called magix music maker, this is only a little ditto, and i will extend it, particularly with my own voice with a digital edge.

hopefully you can find the song here.

Knew you'd love that.  :f_whistle: (it is from donkey's years ago!)

I find that alot of the older stuff is so easy to listen to. The new stuff, some of it just has too much digital edge to it but in saying that, alot of the new stuff is brilliant.

More of a rnb and hip hop fan but after going to a few music festivals over the past 12 months I am actually starting to like it.

The ministry of sound 08 and the this years 09 editions are very easy on the ears.

Heard of Lush before never been though. Some good dj's have played there over the years. I bet you he played The Chain didn't he?

You heard his Global Underground Ibiza one? Or any of the first two Northern Exposures?

And yeah, heard of Vertigo but never seen him play. Think he used to do the Quad and Shellys back in the day didn't he?

anyone heard of DJ Mowgli more on the techno side though

No mate, not heard of Mowgli.

Hi guys, what a thread all about decent tuuuuunes. Me I'm really into my trance I don't mind a bit of house now and again it has to be US though like subliminal. As I said my first love is trance, 34 years young and still go to the mainstream clubs like Gods and Crasher, not every week mind you but when certain ones are playing. Favourite DJ's are No1 PVD - a legend on the wheels of steel also a big fan of van burren and tiesto.

      Top tunes are:

Nothing but you - PVD, I mean come on, I remeber being in the main tent at Creamfields a couple of years ago when he banged this out, all I can say is wow.
      Traffic - Tiesto, Tuuuuune
Delierium - silence, the louder the better

Here is a big big ask, and a big revelation

I am now a full time dj, but i have a massive gap in my knowledge of music
from 99 - 08 i utterly gave up the job, and done something proper, so i have a gaping hole in my knowledge of dance music in this era
cam somebody please help me fill that gap with the biggest dance tunes of this current era........ thanks in advance from an aging hippy.
