      DOSSENA ON WING VERSUS FULHAM

Lucas also starts in place of Javier Mascherano, who travelled with Argentina in midweek.

The Reds XI in full is: Reina, Arbeloa, Insua, Carragher, Skrtel, Lucas, Alonso, Kuyt, Dossena, Torres, Gerrard. Subs: Cavalieri, Agger, Ngog, Riera, Benayoun, Babel, Mascherano.

Fantastic team i reckon. Dossena deserves a place on the wing and its a fresher team due to all internationals. Do us proud, lads.

Good side. Surprised at Doss because Riera scored Spain's winner but Doss has been great recently.

      Lets go fellas!

No Aurelio on the bench. Must've picked up a knock.

      Big chance again for Insua.

Disappointed about Mascherano - not fair these internationals.

Slightly suprised to say the least, i thought Aurelio and Riera have been playing really well lately. Good to see Inusa getting a game as well as Dossena.

Very pleased with that team. I have a feeling that Lucas will dominate today considering it's the first game after Stevie gave his public backing of him. Dossena is a surprising one but he deserves a chance on merit for his recent performances.

The bench has threats on it as well just in case we need to get a late goal.

Good thing that Fulham are at home because they will have to come out and attack us at home, which will play straight into our hands.

Anyone know what happened to Aurellio?

Highly doubt Aurelio's out injured. We've got Agger on the bench so in the case one of our defenders can injured, Dossena can drop back to play fullback and Riera/ Benayoun/Babel on. Even if Dossena stays on the wing, We've got Agger to come on for us on LB. We have it all covered well mates, we need more attackers and not the defenders on the bench. In a sense, it gives us more options, more goals. Yup. My sentiments.

Good Luck lads for the three points today, Chelsea have won, so we need to keep the pressure on.

Made up for Insua  ;D.........sad for Aurelio  :(

Come on lads, we have the team and the incentive to do this.

Cant disagree there MsG. Need this win for more reasons than 3 points.

This is it boys and girls, lets do this..... 3 points is all we ask, winning by thrashing them is a bonus but i will take a 0-1 win.

Dossena might be a decent performer today, he is a good crosser... we have enough quality on the pitch to win this. Lets wrap this up and then make changes.

Come on reds. We can do this.

      Believe.
