      First heard this when the played Glastonbury last year and it sounded like an instant classic from the first time.

      Enjoying Arcade Fire live from Glastonbury at the moment. Dressed like they've got a bit of a U2's Zoo TV meets Mighty Boosh feel about it.

      Right Racer and Si, I am hungover and tired today and in need of some decent headphone stuff to lie on my bed with. Just downloaded a load of The National and a Sigur Ros tune on the back of a page where you two posted a few of their songs..

      Anyone listened to Morrissey's new album yet?

      I really really like it, far better than his last one (the chug rock of Years of Refusal - one of his worst albums ever, along with Maladjusted, only listened to it 2-3 times and never warmed to it). Also, far better than Ringleaders of the Tormentors (which isn't bad) and the best since You are the Quarry which was very good.

      I'm never going to compare this to his work in The Smiths because no music comes close to The Smiths personally, and his new stuff is rarely going to reach the peak of his early solo work (from Viva Hate to Vauxhall and I), but in terms of 1995 onwards, the new one is by far the stand out one along with You are the Quarry.

      Highlights for me include I'm Not A Man and Staircase at the University.
