      The original Skynyrd in '73 before the plane crash in '77 that killed the lead singer, lead guitarist and vocalist as well as two pilots. Three other band members were shot at by a farmer who mistook them for escaped convicts as they crossed a swamp seeking help.

      I love pre-plane crash Skynyrd. Such a great band. They went from losing an immense talent when Ed King quit to replacing him with an even bigger talent in Steve Gaines, who sadly died in the crash. Allen Collins and Gary Rossington were great guitarists too. Pickin' fools, man, every one of them.

      A weird fact about that plane is that Aerosmith were close to buying it off Skynyrd not too long before it crashed.

      As you say mate the original Skynyrd were immense, sad to say the reformed band were a shadow of the real thing.
      Did not know that about Aerosmith, that is weird.

      Absolutely adored this album when I bought it about 4 years ago and it is without doubt in my top 5-10 albums of all time, yet I found I hadn't listened to it for a very very long time. And I forgot what an utterly astounding song this was!

      Zimmer's score in Interstellar was probably the best thing about the film in general.

      Zimmer, Jarre, Vangelis & Williams - the foremost masters of scoring films...IMO.
