Haha I was pretty drunk when I posted this song, and I have a tendency to proclaim things to be the "best ever" under the effect of alcohol To be honest it's impossible to pick just one song but "Do Nothing" is surely among my favorite ever.
As for The Clash, my personal favorite is Spanish Bombs - not only the song, but also the lyrics are about a subject that has always interested me (the Spanish Civil War).

Listened to it a few times already. I agree - it's a masterpiece. It is stunning, really cinematic in some places and the wide and varied use of strings and chorals is amazing!

Got to be honest, up until last year, I never really quite got Radiohead despite having The Bends and OK Computer in my iTunes library for years, not overly fussed over there rock/90s period for some reason. And though I was very well aware of their work from 2000 onwards I never really delved into them. Then I heard How To Disappear Completely and it just opened a treasure trove. WHAT an incredible piece of music! I worked onwards from Kid A, not overly fussed with Amnesiac but a big BIG fan of Hail to the Thief, especially There There. But In Rainbows really cemented it for me, up until this week my favourite of theirs.

It's tough to pick a favourite track out of this new album. I think it's definitely one out of Daydreaming, Decks Dark, Ful Stop and Identikit possibly between Decks Dark and Identikit but that will possibly change. A joy to listen to!

edit: Just listened to the new Stone Roses single. Not good.

About to devour this for the first time, haven't looked forward to an album this much in a while.
