We were chatting on the way home from the pubs at Old Trafford last night and we all were of the same opinion that the very fact we were in the final the season after we were in it last seemed to take the desperation to win away . We believed we had it won as we hadnt been beat in a final yet . I hope the next time we get there thats if we get there again it feels like Barca 99 or Moskow 2008 because for me yesterday was a different atmosphere before the game .

You can never forget the victorys but you can also never forget the defeats but what you have to do is appreciate the fact that your in the position to win the damn thing because unlike many clubs our clubs are in that position.

I can see the break up of the United team coming either this summer or next summer there is a few stroppy players who cant except squad football.

If ive got you right im not sure that just because if wed won it last year it would make losing it any easier?? i dont understand that one mate. Not counting Heysel [coz for obvious reasons we were never going to win the game that should never have been played] the Athens final was our first defeat in the final, and it was a horrible experience, especially after all the ticket sh*te beforehand. I don't see any news regarding the fact barca did fielded ineligible player...If it was true then Chelsea should've appealed not scum because it was said that they fielded the player in the semi final game...c'mon scum don't believe in fair play...or you can't accept the fact you lost shamefully!

Sometimes you win sometimes you lose simple game really its how you take it .

Ive read some funny stuff of late some say we throw it in your face when we win the league yet every United defeat is greated with mass mayhem its crazy .

We had a great season whether you lot like it or not we played over 60 games and were knackered thats the be all and end all of it really .

You had a great season and without doubt are a major threat next season and the season after and the season after we cant deny that but come on some of this stuff sounds very bitter now .
