That said a good point was made on twitter - would Roy Keane have behaved like that? Shows how far they've fallen that they've got players acting like children like Lingard in that video. If I was manger I'd have pulled him up by the scruff of the neck and told him to act his F***ing age. Better why not send him to Damascus and see what real danger is?

Roy Keane would have got out and chinned a few and then would have nutted a police horse for good measure

Played against Lingard and he's a decent lad. He was the best player on the pitch whenever we played against him but never would you think top tier premier league.

I mean he played up front for Penketh and sometimes we would still win.

Being a Warrington lad I'd like to see him do well for another club, I see him as on par with Nathan Redmond now at Norwich. Not sure he has that killer mentality to be the best he can be.

Also this is the second time in a month that Man Utd have turned up late in London causing the match to be delayed. They should be punished for it and on a third strike have points docked. Unacceptable particularly on a night game when people will be rushing for late transport links.

They should just kick off without them.

putting the UTD team bus in the middle of thousands of West Ham fans some of whom would be drunk was a really idiotic decision. Knowing it was the last game knowing the history between the clubs knowing there would be thousands outside the ground without tickets they still put the Bus in a position of danger. For one game could they not have arrived  earlier and avoid this situation. Are all people in a position of authority thick as pig sh*t.

There were probably some aged Inter City Firm boys there with their zimmers having a last death throw at the Scum .
Probably one I smacked  at Lime St one Saturday lunchtime a few few moons ago.... and nicked his scarf as a trophy ... as you did . ;D

If this is over some heads ...a bit of history ......

Lovin the score.  Well done the 'ammers.

If Utd fails to qualify for the CL, they'll really be in deep deep s*it financially.

Lets hope so, unfortunately that new Premier League TV deal will balance a few books I reckon.

Most of their mega bucks sponsorship deals require them to be in the Champions League don't they? Something along those lines anyway.

Pretty sure their kit deal with Adidas had some sort of clause to that effect...but maybe I've dreamed that up.

Yep, they had the same clause with Chelsea, they just terminated their contract with them (i think them being out of Europe played a part).

Adidas do have a break clause.

      Scum.

      Absolutely made up.  ;D

All they have to do is beat Bournemouth 19-0 in the rearranged game and they are in the CL.

      Just think.

If we win on Weds we are in.
      Their noisy neighbours are in.

      Bet Woodward is in meltdown.

I bet United wished they had kept quiet on Friday about their 'record third quarter' revenue.

Probably cost them a fair whack this.  Imagine if you'd flown half away around the world (which I'll bet some had with it being the last game of the season).

Guys, please be respectful, the jokes are tasteless, remember in todays climate these things really happen and are no laughing matter. United should be heavily criticized for this. It's not acceptable in the slightest. The worst thing is how it was discovered after the fans were inside the stadium, absolutely terrible.
