With Moyes I'm struggling to see how they will get back into the top 4 even if they buy players of the calibre of Reus and Kroos (which I find hard to believe). The question is how long will they persist with someone who is tactically pretty insipid? Martinez alone has proved this season that actually there was more to Everton than we thought. It goes to show how the quality of the manager can affect proceedings in quite a dramatic way. He is quite considerably on a level well below that of Rodgers, Martinez, Mourinho, Wenger and Pellegrini. That much is obvious but they persist with it.
