arding out recovery plans for our players, Brendan should just pull them all out. Disrespectful c**t, read somewhere that the FA were 'shaking their heads' when Raheem was playing against Boro in the league cup, cheeky bas**rds, he's our player, we'll play him whenever we deem appropriate.

I'm F***ing seething after reading his latest bullshit about the club. When did Brendan say it was scientifically proven that quick players must have a 2 day rest rather than just the one? He didn't! He basically said that he likes to do so and let's face it, Brendan has been correct with this method. What the F**k does Roy know about recovery times? He ignored advice from both Liverpool and England's medical staff to rest Sturridge and instead chose to play him with an injury. He is the biggest crock of sh*t manager I've seen in a very long time, especially for his man management, care for players and lack of respect for other clubs and managers.

I used to love watching England, would watch every game without fail but I haven't watched them for the past 3 or 4 matches and Hodgson has played a big part in that. It's annoying that we now have a number of players getting into the squad and starting 11 but their manager is Woy! Sadly won't be watching any of our lads in England's white/red until that pr**k is gone.

I see the Hodge is being as 'diplomatic' as ever with his comments about Jamie Vardy today.

A lot of people slag Roy off on here, I admit he was not good at Liverpool. He did okay at lesser premier league teams, but he's the only England manager to win every game in qualification. Some people say it was an easy group, maybe so... but Switzerland are ranked 11th, beat Spain in the world cup they actually won.. we beat Switzerland away. In other recent qualification with Capello or Mclaren we have failed to beat teams like Croatia, Russia, Ukraine, Mecedonia or Isreal.... so how are those teams massively different from Switzerland, Bosnia, Slovenia... etc... so Roys not looking as bad now right?

He can do what the F**k he likes, the fact he can do F**k all to affect LFC is all I/we need to know.

edit: Hodgson does have a go at sabotaging our set-up by getting our key players assaulted on national duty, but Jürgen the Rottweiler will F**k him off.

As I recall, Fabio only ever lost one qualifier - a dead rubber with 10 men away to Ukraine. He also had much harder quali groups to contest with than Roy.

So what if he went unbeaten, in that of all groups? There are about as much bragging rights there as Susie Dent beating Primary 1 pupils in a spelling bee. Regardless of what you think, Switzerland aren't a great side. Even with Hitzfield at the helm they got thrashed by France at the World Cup. And who gives a sh*t about a match that was nearly 6 years ago, two world cups ago?
Don't know why you feel the need to defend Hodgson at every turn. Couple that with your pathetic and immature abuse of Jürgen's predecessor and you get a complete f**k up of opinions.

Who cares? Hodgson will go back to playing 10 defenders at the next tournament as usual so not point being a kiss arse to him over some wins against sh*te teams (Switzerland aside).

I didn't like Rodgers or  Hodgeson at Liverpool, I think Rodgers was the better of the two, I'll give credit where it's due.  I think Klopp is the best manager  since Rafa. Maybe he will be  better.

Personally don't care about Ingerland, I'm Scouse and for me it's club before country any day of the week. Especially when the national team is an embarrassment and picks players on reputation instead of anything else. All this hype about Woy winning every game, after the Swiss, the highest ranked team was something like 80th so it's hardly an achievement is it. They are humiliated at the times it matters, like the World Cup. To be honest Ingerland have looked sh*t since Sven left. He may have been a bit controversial but he was able to get the team out group stages at least and had the best team in the last 15 years.

Yeah they were at least consistent under Sven (QF specialists!). That said with the squad he had at Euro 2004 I think he could and should have done better - kind of epitomised by playing Paul Scholes on the left of midfield to accommodate Gerrard and Lampard. Likewise with the 2006 World Cup. The likes of Gerrard, Lampard, Terry, Rooney, Ferdinand, Joe Cole and Ashley Cole - all sh*t hot at the time.

There's a good reason the majority of Ingerland fans are southerners, none of them have a club side worth shouting about.
Cheering on the ne'er do wells of the national side is a distraction from cheering on the ne'er do wells they support locally.

The ENGLISH fa are making people redundnat at its facility where England train. Now can anyone think of anything more absurd that cutting peoples jobs when the sqaud of players probably earn in excess of £100 million a year collectively. how about the players forgoing their fees for a season and in doing so keep some working class people in a job.
This is not the England we grew up with this is England PLC .

Totally agree. Football clubs the length and breadth of this country were set up so to empower and bring about greater social and community cohesion. People with money taking responsibility to look out for and provide for those who weren't nearly as privileged. You'd be hard pressed to find those sort these days. Sad.

Trouble is though, when you have players getting themselves sent off for stamping on players on the ground, it wont help things. Got let down by David Seaman too a few years previous against Brazil because as usual, at the business end of things, the players lacked the bottle.

Not pleased that Hodgeson has spoke about Vardy in the way he has. I'd have Rooney Vardy Kane as a front 3 with Vardy in the middle.

I obviously want them to qualify as watching the majors gives it a bit of extra spice and I will always cheer them on but success for LFC will always be top of the list.

Regarding Hodgson I think its pretty clear why he was appointed. Our group of current players simply are not good enough to win at major levels. Why appoint a top manager on 6m a year when his coaching will only have a limited effect hence the appointment of the Owl.

I do believe we had a good enough squad years ago with Gerrard, Neville, Terry, Ferdinand, Scholes, Beckham etc that should have done a lot better. All winners with their clubs and mentally strong enough to compete in high pressure games. Unfortunately let down by a fraud of a manager who didn't have the balls to change tactics and react to the game itself.

We will get nowhere in the Euros next year, maybe get out the group and then knocked out in the 2nd round.

the FA need to keep the money rolling in.
And UEFA and FIFA as well probably. For lawyers bills.

Yeah, it pisses me off no end, especially the way players are treated even after a club has given specific instructions regarding recovery time and training.

Think Roy and the present England team, will struggle, when they come up against some really decent opposition.
