To be honest, I'm really enjoying most of the SummerSlam card.

It seems like there has been a real effort to build up every match. And it's paying off. I like the insincerity of Paige. Hopefully they don't twist into a crazy bird gimmick like they did with AJ and Alicia, hopefully they keep Paige as just a proper bi*ch. The Rusev/Swagger build has been great. Not being American or Russian, I can just enjoy it. Steph and Brie Bella have really stepped up the plate lately and Triple H has returned to his best if you ask me. Miz and Ziggler are getting a good build unfortunately Miz will probably win at SummerSlam but this new gimmick is the best he's been for ages. Lesnar and Cena have had a great build to their match and that's without Lesnar even turning up for most of it. Ambrose and Rollins we know is gonna be boss. Orton against Reigns has got added importance on it and they've made that clear.

When the only champion who appears on RAW is the Miz and it's still a F***ing belting show, you know you've done well.

Might give next week a watch then, just turned off from a lot of the product minus Ambrose/Rollins pre-Battleground. Didn't help that UFC had a couple of belting shows as I often watch one more than the other.

Watched the Paul Heyman documentary and it was probably the best WWE documentary I've seen.

Kevin Steen signed by WWE. Add Kenta, Devitt, along other potential big name signings and you get what could potentially be the best indie show around with WWE level of production. NXT is already awesome, but when you add these guys in and you get something else. Can't wait to see them all in action.

Triple H doing some fine business for the show he's running.

Me too. Stacked card with the possibility of a return or two with a few shocks along the way. With the Network renewal coming up for the first subs I'm sure they will pull off a great show.

Dolph wins first match and in the process picks up the Intercontinental Title.

Don't know why he couldn't just win the Battle Royal at Battleground if they were gonna put the title on him a month later.

Rusev wins, very clever ending by having Swagger pass out rather than tap.

Best thing about the match was JBL blatantly pulling for Swagger. He made it feel bigger.

Rollins beats Ambrose in what was the best match of the night (thus far)

I did keep get the feeling that Rollins and Ambrose were gonna team up together to take out all the lumberjacks though.

Think Cena now goes heel to get that fire in his belly in order to beat the beast?
