      Jul 19, 2009 11:06:21 am
We all enjoy a good Sunday dinner with family or friends, but who cook's the best.Is it you the wife your mum, your nan, your dad or someone else and what do you like best.
Would you like Lamb,Pork,Chicken,Beef or anything thats put down to you,My best dinner is lamb loads of roasties veg and gravy with a bit of mint sauce.
So go on tell us your best and work up a good appetite and drool over the thought of it.

Love a nice lamb dinner, with meat fresh from my mates farm, mint and all the veg from my Dad's garden, but today it's chicken. Never mind. My Mother cook's a nice dinner and so does my wife, so i don't mind where i go for dinner.

Nobody does a better roast than me mam, it's one of the few things she can cook.

Fave roast? Chicken, plenty of roasties, yorkshire puds, veg and all washed down with ice cold apple juice. Just getting ready for this weeks an all, another hour or so and I'll be delving into another roast.

Being Welsh my favourite has to be lamb with all the trimmings. But as I usually work Sundays cooking lunch for upto 200 people,I usually do Silverside beef, leg of pork and chicken in a Spanish sauce. Beef is always the favourite.

Considering I don't eat veggies, I just love my mam's Roast Potatoes and Chicken, with gravy slapped all over it.

I must admit a sunday dinner for me must have Lamb, Beef or Chicken on the plate, Yorkshire puddings, at least two veg (but I can't stand Cauliflour,Cabbage or Sprouts !) stuffing and gravy !.
Wether its cooked by my wife my mother or mother in law makes no difference the plate's always cleared ! but from memory no one makes yorkshire puddings as good your mother, my wifes always rise in the middle, my mother-in-laws are always massive and catch the top of the oven ! but my mums we're always perfect !
She's 80 now god bless her and doesn't do cooking anymore but boy do I miss her puddings !
