      Having some lovely roast hearts for a change today,was supposed to be going out to town but my mate is not well Neuralgia in his face he's been in bulk all night so he is not gonna' have a good birthday by the sounds of it.See how he feels later on.

      The wife just went to see how the Lamb was cooking, opened oven door nice hot oven , no Lamb :lmao: she forgot to put it in. :lmao: I know we have dinner late, but this going to be really late. :lmao:

      Had sirloin steak on sunday jesus was it good! best steak we've had for years me Mrs got it from Sainsburies.
      Don't usually eat red meat but this was like you see the Americans scoffing on TV -  3/4 of an inch thick and tender as can be.
      Felt like a F***ing caveman eating it (no offence to evertonions-well maybe just a bit).
