      Pretty bad but can you beat;

      Ruptured knee ligamets and a torn hamstring (at the same time and in the same leg) - By far the most painful and worse pain I have ever experienced
      Broken ribs
      Broken wrist twice
      Fractured Fibula once
      Broken ankle once
      Broken foot twice (2nd time being at the moment)
      Torn chest muscles once
      Cracked jaw (boxing)
      Concussion, a fair few times :D
      Torn calf muscle once
      Damaged neck muscle (from just turning round :laugh:)

      And I am only 18. Most of them have been sport related, mainly football. Although the broken ankle came from jumping off a garage roof when had a few too many drinks so luckily didn't really feel it and the 1st broken wrist came from falling out of a tree :D

      Im a bloody walking hazard :D

      Cry baby ::)

      :D Bloody hell, walk around with some foam taped around your body.

      Been painful for a while. Got stretchered off the field during cricket on the weekend. Could miss the season - gutted!

      Hopefully the doc has better news, so i'll stay positive :)

      My sister can relate to you about back injuries. She has a bulging disc in her back that has turned black and has a split in it. She's going to be having surgery on it soon to have the disc taken out, think it's called a fusion or something.

      Though, her bulging disc has caught a nerve that leads to her left leg and it has been completely numb ever since she had an epidural put into that disc area. This surgery will put everything right because as it stands she will end up wheelchair bound.

      Hope your back is better soon fella.

      Got the call saying she will be going into Southampton Hospital on Wednesday morning which means her operation will be be that day or Thursday.

      We are all absolutely bricking it because apparently there is only a 50-50 success rate.

      Hope it goes well mate. There's an incontinence risk with that op isn't there?

      Thanks fella :)

      I don't know.

      Think the procedure is called a Diskectomy. I know they will be taking out the blown disc and taking a bit of bone from her hip and be building like a cage thing to fuse it back together or something.

      But the surgeon hasn't said whether they will go through her stomach to the spine or through her back.

      Yeah, my Mum blew a disc in her back years ago and is always in agony now. She can't work because of it. They offered her the op but said there was a chance of incontinence so she said no. But these surgeons are brilliant nowadays. Let us know how she gets on mate.

      I got it from my new trainers - not used to them yet.

      Made it worse tonight playing football.

      Keeps sticking to my sock. Not nice!
