Next Tuesday my sister is going into hospital (I am still expecting a birthday present from her! )

The operation will take place on the Wednesday though..........In theory, unless they mess her about again like last time.

I'm sure your sister will give you a Birthday present, before Kenny, girls always think ahead, and I hope everything goes well with her operation.

Just got a cut on my thumb. A little wussy one but it hurts!

After a few hours of nobody knowing whether there would be a bed for her or not it has now been confirmed that she has got one and the operation will be taking place tomorrow. Luckily she is first on the list tomorrow and they are looking to start around 8.30am and will take around 3 hours for them to do.

I'm so glad that she is the first on the list tomorrow because today was bad enough with worry so would hate to have her being sh*t scared all morning and into the afternoon, gets it out the way.

I know it's easy to say but I'm hoping she wont be worrying too much if she can help it, wake up and then before she knows it she will be in surgery and then waking up and will only be in discomfort from the surgery rather than the injury. This time next week she should have feeling in her left leg again and only need the crutches while she strengthens her legs up.

Probably the best birthday present you could wish for Ben, lets hope all goes well for her eh hun, we'll be all wishing her well for tomorrow.

Had a few concussions in my life.  Dizziness, vertigo and nausea are pretty normal with a concussion.  It took me about 7-10 days to start feeling normal again.  Watch your sleep.  If you start sleeping a lot like 12-16 hours straight and wake up feeling more tired than go back to the hospital.  Concussions can lead to coma's when left unchecked.

2 knee operations..ACL, MCL, scar tissue removal.
Broken arm and wrist.
Broken foot.
6 titanium spacers,screws and fusion of 3 vertebra.
Concussions.
Broken nose,eye socket.

When she gets home maybe, cant before then because i can't travel over to Southampton everyday
