What was the point of taking out torres in the 63rd? I mean he could have at least gone 70
Benayoun as well, I know we have to beat Lyon but honestly, is it all about the champions league money isn't it
at least the youngsters got a run out

I just composed a long comment for the match thread and it's locked whilst I am doing it!
So the short version is I will not give up on this team but the lack of depth is there for all to see.
Maybe we should leave the Champions League for this season and get our Premiership game sorted...I just don't know at the moment....

Babel was sh*te today noticed straight away as soon as he came down his first two touches he gave the ball away and put us straight under by doing it, with the pace and physique he posses he should be tearing defenders a new arse hole, does not deserve to wear the shirt.

What was Rafa thinking? Starting Voronin (why would you ever do this?) and benching Benayoun??? Benayoun made some key come back goals last season.
So embarrassing. I'm depressed beyond consolation. Going to drinking my face off tonight and pretend this was all a bad dream.
