The lack of confidence is just unbeleivable..The lack of fighting spirit too, and that is the most worrying part..

Are the players loosing faith in RAFA too? The fact to change the team everytime is clearly affecting them..

the bottom line is that we should be doing way better than this despite the lack of transfer money, it cannot be used as an excusee. Too many players are playing below par this season and Rafa has not be able to get the team to show any desire or commitment yet alone play well.

It's bad for me to have to say this, but Spearing has been our best player today. Sad

I thought we would get two draws against wigan and portsmouth. Never ever expected to get this low though. With the team that started and the lack of motivation I am wondering if it's time toquestion Rafa's sanity.

I think its strange that we are actually having to go into games expecting to struggle/loss.......its been a long time since I have had this feeling.

What more can you say.

Defending poor.

Creativity poor.

Finishing poor.

Attitude poor.

Team spirit poor.

A whole lot of poor from a very poor team in a very poor performance.

Gerrard and Carragher need to take a good long look at themselves in the mirror, they're supposed to be the leaders, yet they have been two of our worse players.

let's stop moaning about luck, let's face it we are not good enough in a very average league,we have players who are not good enough and a manager who is very stubborn and has bought very average players,we can't rely on SG and FT all the time.So stop blaming luck and the yanks and look at the bigger picture, portsmouth are BOTTOM of the league and they were the better team by far!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The problem for me is the formation. We played better IMO against Wigan :Smiley with 4-4-2 We have no width at all with this 4-2-3-1

4-4-2 good enough for Shankly, Paisley, and the King too.

But remember we did have only 10 men for most of the game, and the Ref was a homer.

Question is:

When do we begin to worry?

Is it now?

I'm really beginning to wonder.

That was f**king shocking. It was always going to be a ridiculous ask when Javier got sent off though.

"1441: We are getting an astonishing amount of messages from Liverpool fans saying this is the straw that broke the camel's back. Reds supporters seem to have turned on Rafael Benitez."

Don't know what to say to that. It's the players that aren't performing.

Wouldn't surprise me if that team went out and battered them, compared to today's lot.

Exactly.

Look at Chelsea and United - they're putting in the goals and winning games. What do they have? 2 up front.

Even if it was Torres and Kuyt up top - we might actually start putting more goals away then with more of a threat up top.

Something needs to change though. This season has been a bag of sh*t.

And I can't be arsed seeing my team not in the Champions League next season.
