Full Time.

F***ing sh*t piece of sh*t.

F***ing awful decisions Rafa and a f**king awful performance.

Special mention to Gerrard for being especially sh*t and for acting like a special c**t.

I'm off now to calm myself f**king down!!!

Great result for us.

We could have been 5 or 6 down at half time alone.

« Reply #4 on: March 11, 2010, 07:51:17 PM »

I think I may cry.

Favourites for this trophy? My arse!!

At this rate we're favourites for FUCK ALL. The only consolation being we'll probably be back in this next year for another crack.

Sh*t tactics again and a f**king appalling performance from some so called 'professionals'.

In short, a disgrace.

Fucks sake, Stevie should have scored then.

5 f**king away games in a row we haven't scored.

This is getting depressing.

Yet another game where our midfield has lacked the ability get their head up and pass the ball, its getting tedious now.

You sometimes forget we have the best striker in the world... And Steven Gerrard on the pitch...

This is getting lame now... its so horrible to watch a team with NOTHING, no creativity.

Never have a beeen so concerned about the teams situation, something is seriously wrong.

NOT A PENNY MORE

« Reply #15 on: March 11, 2010, 07:53:46 PM »

The way we played there has summed up our season so far. Lacking in any real urgency. No leadership. No real specific blame to lay anywhere. No-one is pulling their weight at the minute. That includes the owners, players and manager. This season has been a complete f*ck up.

Lille are no pushovers. To think they were would be ridiculous. They're better than Wigan or Portsmouth anyway, and we all know what happened there.

A result would have been nice tonight but the way things have gone, it could have been so much worse. I'm confident we can comfortably get a result at our place.

Roll on Monday, and next f*cking Thursday.

I went 10-0 to Lille in the pre-match thread so at least we don't have to score 11.

We have Stevie and Torres on the field and yet we can't score, something is damn bloody wrong with the tactics. Those high balls floating into the opposition box is tedious to watch and we don't have a Crouch or Toshack.

How can a ball go straight into the net without any touch when you're doing zonal marking?

That defeats the point of zonal marking, you mark a zone. If the ball is in your zone and no attacker touches it, you haven't been marking the zone.

Nights like Istanbul remind me of that. And knowing nights like that will be back drive me to throw my full weight behind the team. Thick and thin. Smiley

Architects of our own downfall tonight. We had the best chances tonight but lose and I put it down to attitude.

Only Masch came out of that with any credit for me. He looked like he gave a f**k and made some good tackles.. What was Carra doing for the free kick that went in? He could have attacked that ball a lot better. Again passing was not good enough, even considering the pitch

In my humble opinion the only way to spark life in to this team is drop senior lads and give the kids a go. Let the elder lads know they arent certain starters. Riera might as well have stayed on the bench tonight

Less annoyed then I was Monday, but is that because Im getting used to crap?
