How many times have you watched the so called experts on the TV, they all reckon that as a new manger you need at least five years to sort out a club, but ask yourselves this, was our club in such a mess when Rafa took over? if so why? and I bet you all thought that the ones who failed were the best things since sliced bread when they took over and I know that we have had some bad incidences over the years which have affected some of them, but I agree, give Rafa next season to see if he is right, but six years to sort out a club?

As I said in another thread.

If Rafa goes to Madrid or whatever it's going to be comical seeing all the names we are linked with. And I'll probably wet myself when the next manager is actually revealed.

But then, after the laughter drains away, we'll be crying.

Too right mate.

Liam Ridgewell as captain 2010/2011 then.

Grin, alex mcleish? good manager for a mid table team, that's all, not for lfc my friends Smiley anyhow, if it's in the mirror, it's bound to be bullsh*t so it doesn't worry me at all.

I read in the "lawnmower monthly" magazine that grame sounness was coming back....let the nightmares begin.

McLeish is just after a better contract with Birmingham, his agent claims we're keeping a close eye on him to the press.

Load of sh*te!

Mcleish is a good manager dont get me wrong, but for a club like Liverpool there is no way anyone of his calibre should even be considered, even in our current affair's.

Wouldn't it be f**king great, if McLeish had any problems he could ring his best mate Alex Ferguson to help us. Jaysus it would be excellant maybe he would bring in Alladyace as his assistance and f**k it we could become a feeder club for Utd it would be f**king great.

McLeish is a decent manager. That's all.

Far from being good enough for Liverpool, in my opinion.

The thought of McLeish as our next manager just makes me wanna throw up. That's how I feel about him being at our club.

Never McLeish and not Rafa!! Hiddink , Mourinho , O'Neill or Hodgson. Or as Harry Redknapp said there are some great english managers at lower divisions who only need an oppurtinity. And I would give them a chance!

Yeah. so give them a chance Harry, give them your job you over rated, over spending tw*t. Look what you done to Portsmouth you knob.

Did Fergie do enough for the United job? Probably not but he's now become the best manager in world football.
Fergie won the Eurpoean cup with ABERDEEN, so I think he did enough  Wink
