Best team we could have picked, if i am honest. Hopefully Yossi is a bit fitter for tonights match than he was last time round. We need a big game from our captain- he owes us one. I shouldn't be, what with his injury history, but i am a tad surprised that Aquilani isn't starting. I am a bit worried about Carra marking Di Maria though. He can beat him for speed any day.

I suppose, like most fans, i would take 1-0. It would get us through so i would be happy enough with that. However, i feel we probably would have won the 1st leg if it hadn't been for Babel being an idiot so i am confident that with 11 men on the pitch, we should beat them easily.

Good to see Ayala and Pacheco have made the squad tonight. Going to be interesting to see Agger at left back.

Don't give us much hope as an attacking threat unless Lucas get's his finger out. Not sure if we are able to attack fluently enougth with this start up but with the injuries etc, not really sure what options we've got. Just hope we get subs on early enough to make a difference if they're needed and not the 80th minute. And Nado needs to see the full 90 tonight as well. Hope Stevie hits top form and Agger does o.k. at left back. Jesus we need the crowd to be on top form as well, we can do this, we may need a bit of luck going our way for once this season but if we start off at the right tempo we can certainly turn these over.  I have a feelong they will score and we will do them 3 - 1.  COME ON YOU MIGHTY REDS.

Have to say, Man Utd's result concerns me.  As happy as I was with it - it doesn't bode well for Liverpool.  

Why? - Man Utd were in the same position as us, playing at home trailing a 2-1 scoreline.  Secondly, they made a fantastic start - 3-0 up - and were still knocked out!  We face the same danger, as well as we might start... a bit of sloppy defending or poor referree decision (aka ANOTHER penalty) and we could be in serious trouble.

We have to keep it tight and bag our chances when they come!!! Players must turn up tonight! No excuses!

Here's hoping Pacheco will come on before Ngog.... !!!!!
