Great drink.

Scotch or Irish Whiskey is best on it's own though with nothing to spoil it.

Not really a whisk(e)y drinker any more, though 'twas drunk, for the large part, on the rocks.  Lately the drink of choice has been Guinness Foreign Export.

Aye. A bit of ice or water is fine Rodders but I never put anything else in a decent Whiskey.

What's everyone's favourite sandwich?

Depends whether hot or cold, hot is simple, you can't beat a bacon and black pudding with brown sauce.  Cold it's a toss up between Brie, Grape with a Gooseberry Compote or Roast Beef, Rocket and Tomato with Horseradish.

You certainly have a more sophisticated palette than I do.

Agree with the bacon butty but without the black pudding. Egg bacon and sausage baguette is nice too :-D

Had to take the car into the garage this morning which involves two bus trips and I can't remember the last time I had to get a bus but I'd rather not ever again. On the trip after dropping the car off some fella sat next to me who stank of fresh vomit and on the trip back up now the whole bus stinks of sweat.

To top it all I'm paying £2.80 for the privilege.

Not sure if it's a combination of our poor start to the season, the 'modern game', and starting my own business but I think I'm falling out of love with football a little.
