Have H&G withdrawn their damages lawsuit?

I've got a feeling someone very wealthy is backing NESV, as was mentioned a week or so back.

Yep it's been withdrawn, although they will still seek damages most likely in England.

I'm having a sit on my face and I'll guess your weight party round my house.

Not too keen on the fat chick in the corner she may suffocate me. 

 

Their Lawyer has confirmed that they're dropping the £1 billion compo claim but he reckons they're going to try and bring it over here, to English courts.

F**k 'em! I really hope this has a major effect on both of their lives now, just like it has on ours for 3 long, tough years.

They've withdrawn the £1b lawsuit to comply with the high court but they're still going to claim for damages. Knobs. You can't claim when you were the one who caused all the damage.

I am unbelievably ecstatic right now. Im at my college, trying to see course counsellors, and basically been told i can't get into one today. Usually would piss me off, but i couldn't care a bit. I'm so happy! The worst weeks of my Liverpool supporting life as far as the results leading up to all of this, and then the uncertainty - but then here we are now, standing upon the corpse that is the ownership of Tom Hicks and George Gillett. We are still alive, and ready to F**k sh*t up as a team again.

We can actually start being optimistic again, I'd forgotten what it was like!

To expect more from the team and the club, not just sit back and settle for second best (or much worse!).

This is absolutely brilliant.  I am definitely going out tonight celebrating.  Shots of Peron, its all on.  I am so f-ing relieved.  Baseball season is over for the Red Soxs so NESV will be fully concentrating on LFC!
