Over here, we had Graeme Le Saux as the analyst and while he may not be a Red, he was at least honest about some of the fouls, calling it a clear penalty, citing Pogba throwing down Henderson on the corner and defending Firmino for shoving Herrera.

The live interview with Klopp on NBC after the match shows how fired up Klopp still was 10-15 minutes after the match. Awesome.

Oh i cant handle Tyler and his exaggeration of everything that Utd does. A simple cross field pass by Henderson becomes a magnificent visionary piece of play when done by Carrick or Pogba. Dont even get me started on the Rooney man-love :(

We had Rio Ferdinand and Michael Owen as studio pundits on tv and in fairness to Rio he doesnt sound as bad as the Neville brothers when analysing a game. I just cant stand Owen, sorry he just shouldnt be there representing the LFC perspective.

BT Sports English football coverage is appalling to say the least but saying that would be kind on their Saturday tea time show 'Premier League Tonight'. If you haven't seen it, it is an 'inclusive' and 'interactive' show where football fans (or make that social misfits) air their views while awkwardly filming themselves on their phones as they trod back from the match or in the case of Man Utd fans pausing midway through their 12th w*nk session of the day in their Essex hub to no doubt to tell us how Pogba has already paid off £100m from twitter likes alone, signing off with vaseline smeared dab as Jake Humphrey and co bungle along awkwardly as they 'value' the 'endearing', 'passionate' and 'insightful' display of support on show.

And if that's not bad enough it has Robbie Savage on it.

      F***ing awful.

I've only ever seen one of those videos that's been anything close to good. It was a West Ham fan after their win against Palace and it was less about the match and more about the Payet situation. The rest are F***ing terrible.

Tyler just can't help himself the old c**t even during the Plymouth game he aimed a dig at Jürgen for calling out Jose on the long balls.  Waited 14 minutes and 3 clearances from us to indicate we were merchants of the long ball.

      pr**k.

Lineker and Shearer giving it both barrels to Klopp on twitter for 'disrespecting the cup' by playing the reserves and youth players. The same Lineker and Shearer who cry w*nk themselves to sleep every two years on the BBC complaining about a 'lack of opportunities for our young kids' when England disgrace themselves at yet another major international tournament.

There are shades of grey to these things. 9 changes is a bi*ch slap to a tournament that once meant the world to this club

Would be a bi*ch slap if we had no game either side of this match but the fact we have three games in 6 days. You're just being hysteric.

We're not in Europe we have no reason to rotate to that extent even if the fixture list is packed. When we get smacked on Tues what will the benefit have been of those 9 changes?

That's exactly it. We don't have the squad to pick and choose. The youngsters who have been humiliated will now feel their confidence destroyed. Momentum is everything in football . A defeat for whatever team selected is still a defeat for the club. Push your best players to their limit. That is what elite sport is all about.

I do think  Klopp made a big mistake fielding a weaken side when realistically the one good chance of silverware was the FA Cup. Even if Liverpool beat Chavs I still can't see you catching them.  Chavs do look solid in all departments. Also the squad isnt really big enough to mount a strong challenge when it comes to the latter end of the season.

Just saw this headline, 'Romelu Lukaku equalled Everton's Premier League scoring record' and I was like, wtf. 60 goals, on par with the "legendary" Duncan Thuguson... but wait a minute, why are they discounting Dixie Dean who hit 349 league goals?

I remember when they were bragging about Vardy's 11 game scoring record, breaking Van Nistelrooy's 10 game goal scoring streak, but it turns out Jimmy Dunne of Sheffield United did it in 12!  I also hear so many times of them comparing today's stats with Premier League records/stats only.... seriously, wtf? Did English football start in 1992? Is there something I am missing?

When I watch La Liga, Bundesliga or Serie A matches, they don't dis-regrard the rich history of those leagues. They don't compare records set in 1992, they compare them to when the league started, so why does the English sports media do it? It's an absolutely F***ing embarrassment. Rather than disregarding football before 1992 and trying to wipe it out of our memories, they should be F***ing proud of their footballing history.

What makes me laugh is it's not been the "Premier League" for that long either. It's previously been known as the Premiership and who knows what else.

The premier league when first started in 92, changed to Premiership and then back to premier league!!
