This is so sad. Flanno had everything to settle into the team this season. Now it looks like he may be one of those players whose careers never really take off due to injuries.

Gutted for the lad.

that's his career at LFC over the fact that he's had another major injury at such a young age with his contract up, FSG are not going to pay him until he can play football so i can see them fixing him and letting him go.

The one thing Liverpool currently isn't is 'cut throat'
Look just many players we have or are finally coming to the end of exuberantly lengthy or costly contracts.
One of the problems we have is the amount of money wasted on inadequate players.
Jon though doesn't fall into that category.

No way they will let an injured player go, esp. not a how grown one.

Look at young Yesil, he has been on the injury table for 3 years, he has came back and is scoring for the u-21s again.

It's part of life as a footballer.

He'll be back!!! Got huge faith in him. Really missed him this season me.

From what I recall he was out for an additional 5-6 months so factor in the summer we should see him back in training around October/November..
First team contention around the new year

If ever we needed a home boy to come back and put some much needed balls back in  the team its this lad csnt wait to see this lad come back, if nothing else he will give his all .

Definitely missed. Has the right attitude in abundance.

Great to see him get a new deal. Need some local lads to carry on the tradition...hopefully he can get better and better and be that next Scouse star. You can always hope.
