He's a beast but definitely should be at CB, not RB. Not that he was out of sorts there though.

Really like the lad, he does need to grow a couple of inches, but then both Cannarvo an Ayala werent the biggest and they werent bad centre halves were they.

Both are former Coty youngsters who've moved to Liverpool as young lads.

Been a club with no money the success of our youngsters is vital to get us out of the god awful league we're in.

We've got the usual appearance bonus, sell on clauses and international caps future fees on these players do was wandering how are they progressing at Liverpool are they doing half decent and when do you think they may make the grade.

I understand wisdom has a hard task ahead of him been at centre back because Agfer and Skrtl will take some budging that's for sure.

That was a promising display by the young lad! Hope to see more of him in the league cup and Europa league

We've got about 60 years worth of decent defenders, just a shame they've all come at once!

I've rated Wisdom highly for some time but he's going to have to be very patient.
He's usually a CB which means that even if/when Agger, Skrtel and Carra move over, he's still up against Coates and Kelly (even if we assume we don't sign another).
At right back, even without Johnson he's up against Kelly(again), Flanno and eventually I'd say McLaughlin (who I also rate highly).

The good thing for us, of course is that there's good competition and we'll be able to pick the best, it's just a shame they can't ALL play. I'd love to see Wisdom fulfil his potential of become a commanding CB.

That was kind of the point, mate, I was taking the piss, not having a go. You've said similar in the past and it's been followed by offers of cookies etc. I thought you'd have given up saying this stuff by now. Plus the majority of us who'd seen Wisdom play before had said similar anyway, he's a beast!

I said the same Brian after the Euro game in the week.
There's so much energy and skill in some of those young lads the arl crocks manUre field wouldn't have a clue and wouldn't see their arses for dust.
Not saying get them all out there for the full 90 but one or two who shone midweek would be a breath of fresh air at different spells in the game.

Hope to see much more of this lad with Kelly out for six months. I reckon he can fill in at right back in the league and keep Johnson at left back.
