      No more heroes.

      Whatever happened to Leon Trotsky?
      He got an ice pick
      That made his ears burn
Whatever happened to dear old Lenin?
The great Elmyra and Sancho Panza?

for when I get in one of my depressed-shut-everyone-out-of-my-life moods.

      RHCP - Under The Bridge

      Sometimes I feel like I don't have a partner
Sometimes I feel like my only friend

It's hard to believe that there's nobody out there
It's hard to believe that I'm all alone

      Still a boss song though.

Some are dead and some living
In my life I loved them all

      In My Life - Beatles

The rain falls where it wants to
The wind blows where it will
      Everything on earth goes somewhere
But I swear we're standing still

Smoke Rings In The Dark - Gary Allan

The only girl I care about has gone
Looking for a brand new start
Little did she know that when she left that day
Along with her she took my heart

Rhythm Of The Rain - The Cascades

      Bound with all the weight
Of all the words he tried to say
      Chained to all the places
That he never wished to stay

      Cast No Shadow - Oasis

      Some might say
      We don't believe in heaven
Well go and tell it to the man
      Who lives in hell

      Some Might Say - Oasis

If you want me then come and get me
      I'm leaving this world behind
If you hate me then try and take me
Your words won't even break my stride

      Last Goodbye - The Enemy

      No woman's worth
      Crawling on the earth

Walk Like A Man - Four Seasons

In your white lace and your wedding bells
You look the picture of contented new wealth
But for the on looking fool who believed your lies
I wish this grave would open up and swallow me alive

The Bitterest Pill - The Jam

What chance have you got against a tie and a crest

      Eton Rifles - The Jam

Saturday's boys live life with insults
Drink lots of beer and wait for half time results

      Saturday's Kids - The Jam

Hit the queue for the bus and then join the line
Same faces for the last ten years of my life
See them more than my friends I couldn't tell you their names
Shattered glass on the floor the kids have run out of games

      Toerag - The Rifles

If you've heard all they got to say
      You looked but turned away
      Just walkaway, walkaway
If you've said all you got to say
Now the words just slip away
      Just walkaway, walkaway, walkaway
      That's what they say
      What they say
      What they say
      Gotta walkaway

Well, how many times must a man look up
Before he can see the sky?

Before he can hear people cry?

Remember boy that your forefathers died
Lost in millions for a country's pride
But they never mention the trenches of belgium
When they stopped fighting and they were one

A spirit stronger than war was at work that night
December 1914 cold clear and bright
Countries' borders were right out of sight
When they joined together and decided not to fight

      SlipKnot- Purity
Maze... psychopathic daze... I create this waste
Back away from tangents, on the verge of drastic
ways... can't escape this place... I deny your face
Sweat gets in my eyes, I think I'm slowly dying

Put me in a homemade cellar
Put me in a hole for shelter
Someone hear me please, all I see is hate
I can hardly breathe, and I can hardly take it

My favourite U2 lyrics are definitely With or Without You, I don't really like Bono. At all.

      And you give yourself away
      And you give yourself away
And you give, and you give
      And you give yourself away.

      With or without you
      With or without you
      I can't live
      With or without you.

Many people don't like him, but he is one hell of a song writer. I think I have already posted all of my favorite lyrics from U2, no need to say I love their music, and this is my favorite, favorite song :)

      You say you want
Diamonds on a ring of gold
      Your story to remain untold
Your love not to grow cold

      All the promises we break

      My personal anthem

      The Specials - Do Nothing

Each day I walk along this lonely street
Trying to find, find a future
New pair of shoes are on my feet
Cos' fashion is my only culture

      Nothing ever change, oh no...
      Nothing ever change

People say to me just be yourself
It makes no sense to follow fashion
How could I be anybody else
      I don't try, I've got no reason

      Nothing ever change, oh no...
      Nothing ever change

I'm just living in a life without meaning
I walk and walk, do nothing
I'm just living in a life without feeling
I talk and talk, say nothing

      Nothing ever change, oh no...
      Nothing ever change

I walk along this same old lonely street
Still trying to find, find a reason
Policeman comes and smacks me in the teeth
      I don't complain, it's not my function

      Nothing ever change, oh no...
      Nothing ever change

They're just living in a life without meaning
I walk and walk, do nothing
They're just playing in a life without thinking
They talk and talk, say nothing
I'm just living in a life without feeling
I walk and walk, I'm dreaming
I'm just living in a life without feeling
I talk and talk, say nothing
I'm just living in a life without meaning
I walk and walk, do nothing

Well, it's like something's in the air
That makes me feel the same
Always racing to the near side

      Crazed illusion crashing through
      Brave the sea of rage
      Always wishing, always wasting

      Torn between the passing times
      The end escapes me
      Sadness maims the only recall

      Crazed illusion crashing through
      Brave the sea of rage
      Always wishing, always wasting

      Chapterhouse - Feel the Same
I would've linked the video, but it's blocked in my country. Shame, because it's such a good song.
