Steam is like the PSN of PC's.

Downloaded it years ago to play Civ4 and the log-in window still pops up everytime I turn the pc on... never bothered getting rid.

Had to install it for Empire: Total war, not sure on my username though

Same here. Installed in years ago for Counter-strike but I'd struggle to run Frogger nowadays.

Love audiosurf. Ninja Mono is the best, IMO. Hard to get clean runs though.

Should I buy Left 4 Dead 1 and 2?

L4d 1 is by far > l4d 2, problem is, you get so many rage quitters who don't continue to play after beating them on 1st map and also, it's difficult to find a decent game/match unless you know a group of hardcore players.

L4d 2 is more active, easier to get games going, simplier than l4d1 imo and fast pace.

Just got every GTA game for £5, played them all already but I couldnt say no at that price 

Get Killing Floor if you don't have it yet. Very fun to play and has a great community.

Last day of the sale, been a bit of a let down this year, lots of repeats each day.

Here is the damage it has done on my wallet, not bad though for the amount of games I got, I mean the GTA pack came with every game including the add ons.

Final Fantasy VII is being re-released on this with achievements.

Anybody play ARMA II or ARMA III Beta?

My house mate is always playing the Day Z mod for ARMA II, he seems pretty addicted to it. Apparently the next Day Z is going to be available as a stand-alone so you don't need ARMA III for it (although it will also be available as a mod) but I started watching videos and reviews for these games and decided to get ARMA III Beta anyway. Although I'll probably end up getting the mod, I like the realism of these games and I'm sure on one of the many videos I watched it said that the US military use them for training purposes. Does anybody else play the 'normal' versions?
