Guangdong v Liverpool
Liverpool will kick-off their preparations for the 2011-12 season on a tour of Asia - sponsored by Standard Chartered - with a game in China against Guangdong Sunray Cave.The Tianhe Stadium in Guangzhou will host the match with kick-off at 8pm local time (1pm BST). It is the Reds' first ever game in mainland China.
LFC Managing Director Ian Ayre said: "We are very grateful and honoured that the government, local authorities and the football association of China have allowed Liverpool FC to come to China to play in Guangzhou.
"Our football club and the city of Liverpool have great links with China. The city of Liverpool has the oldest Chinese community in Europe. As a global football club, it is important to us that we give our fans in China the chance to see the team in action.
"At Liverpool FC we take these games very seriously. This game will be our first as we kick off our preparations for the 2011-12 campaign.
"We will work closely with our main sponsor Standard Chartered to ensure we can deliver our best ever pre-season tour. It's a very exciting time to watch Liverpool Football Club."
Adidas and Carlsberg are official partners of the tour.

Guangdong Sunray Cave Football Club is a football club based in Guangdong, China which plays in the China League One. The club is owned by Guangdong Sports Bureau and Sunray Cave Group.
The club's home ground is the Guangdong Provincial People's Stadium in Guangzhou. Between April and May 2010 the club used Dongguan Stadium while the Provincial Stadium was being renovated. Huangpu Sports Center and Century Lotus Stadium had been used as home grounds during 2007 to 2009.

Tianhe Stadium
Tianhe Stadium (simplified Chinese: 天河体育中心体育场) is a multi-purpose stadium in Guangzhou, Guangdong province, China. It is currently used mostly for football matches. The stadium has a seating capacity of 60,000.
History
It was built in 1987, and hosted the final of the inaugural FIFA Women's World Cup in 1991. Some high attendance matches of local football team Guangzhou Evergrande are played at the stadium.
On February 7, 1989 Lunar New Year, Hong Kong Television Broadcasts Limited and Guangdong Television Broadcasts Limited were situated in the Guangzhou Tianhe Sports Centre and at the White Swan Hotel for the 10 anniversary of Yang cheng He Sui Wan jia Huan or Chinese New Year Celebration in Guangzhou. The stadium hosted the football finals of the 2010 Asian Games.
So here it is, our 1st game of the 2011/12 campaign. We know who will not be going, Suarez, Lucas, and Gerrard. But who will make the trip to China?
Obviously a Standard Charter PR stunt, butyou have to pay the ferry man don't you? Saying that we may have a good idea who will be staying and who will be going by the team(s) that are put out.
Unfortunately I am in work, so I will not be trying to find a stream to watch it, but
