Im sure Pako has more integrity than that, however money seems to miss integritys harbour when the storm is raging. If he does go to the SCUM he will be in for a torrid time when he comes here.

I can't see it myself. Seems like the good old paper talk to me.

If he does go though - F**k him. It'll only show that he wasn't fit for LFC anyway. He's in the past and we've moved on.

We've got Sammy Lee now. Pardon the irony, but he is fit for LFC.

If there is any truth in this it only shows Ferguson thinks we are a big threat to his team and he is in panic mode over the Ronaldo affair.

      Low fat chicken? :D

Nah, seriously gotta agree with you. Sammy is exactly what we've been missing, somebody who can interact with the players on a more matey level. From what I can tell, Benitez is too professional to have the laughs on the training field, I think Sammy will bring that back. He's also prepared to run through a brick wall for the club and will expect every single player to be prepared to as well. I hope Sammy's love outshines Rafa's professionalism in the sense that Sammy is still allowed to jump and down with passion when we score like he used to under Houllier.

Whatever Pako did to Rafa we can now assume it was pretty bad, the pair of them had been close friends for some eleven years both on and off the field!

I heard from a usually reliable source that he was blatantly touting himself to Athletico?

Anyway, I was taking a walk in Calderstones Park last Saturday morning and bumped into Sammy walking his dog, shuck his hand and wished him all the success in the world, thoroughly nice guy, a gentleman! and he looked in pretty good shape to me!
      Too nice a guy, maybe?

Whats to say there wasn't something in his contract when he came on board at LFC saying once he left he couldn't take up a position at another English League club ala Jose?

Any fidelity clauses in employment contracts are only meaningful whilst the contract is in force, as PA is now out of contract with us as of the end of June, he is free to join just who he wishes.
It would be a strange and particularly onerous contact with clauses in it that restricted your employment options once the contract had expired!

It's no doubt a poor analogy,
but Pako going to the Mancs is abit like divorcing the lead boots, and the her marrying her sister!
Truly descent chaps wouldn't even countenance such a move!

sh*t and we don't want those mancs with inside knowledge of what Rafa's plans are and what he's been building up.

If Pako goes to the scum it only goes to show, they are more impressed with our managment team, current or former, than we are with thiers. Doesn't it make you feel good to know they still envy us. ;D

I can't see him going to the scum. Why do  they seem to get their own way. They wouldn't sell us heinze ( if they didn't rate him then why not wether we are rivals or not :S ) and as rightly said, it jus proves they are impressed with our management team ;D

I do not know if there was any truth in the rumour but I am sure it was reported at the time that Pako was giving information to another club and Rafa got wind of it.

Is it worth having a word and bringing Pako back in some capacity to aid Rodgers?.
