No...But we could more often then not and i think if we couldn't fill for let's say league cup games etc introduce a scheme where school kid's go free to make the stadium look full.

A 60,000 stadium is the best option for us whether that means a new stadium in Stanley Park or to redevelop Anfield

With a good share of home support and a good helping of travelling fans then I reckon easily yes. Extra support who actually get to see a match also ensures long term support, if someone travels from another Country to see a match it sort of ensures them being a fan for life.

Such is the love of Liverpool.

Yes, for league games with the right ticketing policy and transport infrastructure.  Not the early rounds of the league cup though.

Ramping up from 45,000 to 60,000 (or by a massive 33%) in one go is a big ask.

Requires the correct type of ticketing policy.

Lots of infrastructure is needed such as parking facilities etc, but I see no reason why the reds couldn't fill a 60,000 seater on a consistent basis.

      Definitely.

Plenty of people would pay £25 to sit at the back of a big stand against Stoke, but far fewer people will pay £40.

Loads would pay £50 for a ticket anywhere in the ground against the likes of Utd, Chelsea, Arsenal, Everton games etc.

From previous attendances in the past few years? I'll be honest, no I don't think so, at least not every week.

Less than 35,000 turned up for a Saturday game against Bolton in January, albeit with Roy in charge and during x mas season, but that is still a worryingly low attendance for any club with a similar stature of Liverpool.

Kenny can work miracles, but can he entice 15,000 more spectators in to the ground EVERY WEEK? I have my doubts. If so, it would require a dramatic change around the infrastructure of Anfield/Stanley Park.

Either way, I'll do my best to be amongst them.

As JD said with the correct and effective ticketing policy it can be done easily.

With a waiting list as long as the mersey we could fill the extra by releasing these.

Early rounds of the cup etc - well that would be a tickiting policy issue. Free Kids (for each paying adult). Reduced international fans and such other ideas would get the stadium full week in week out. For the big games it would increase revenue by 30% plus.

I would be more inclined to ask if we could fill an 80,000 each week. Untied had a 75,000 average last season - compaired to our 43,000. The Emitates yeilded a 60,000 attendance. I can see no reason why we couldnt match any of these numbers.

Just consider how many people who have been on the waiting list for season tickets for years there are, I don't think we'd have a problem filling 60000 seats tbh.

We'd get 55,000 plus each league game IMO. And if we got into the CL we'd fill a 65K seater for each of those, plus games against Utd, Everton, Arsenal, City, Chelsea.

Cup games would depend on the opposition. A 3rd round tie against Rotherham in the Carling Cup we'd only half fill it probably.

£10 a ticket, £5 for kids and we'd fill it.

Lads im form ireland and i go to as many games as possible im going to the wolves game just got my tickets yesterday and i was at the sunderland game. As you no liverpool are hugely supported over here especially in dublin as the two cities are very similar as are the people. I no alot of uniteds attendance come from ireland. The thing with liverpool is its alot harder to get tickets for home games even for wolves it was hard to get a ticket and most the time iv to pay over the odds. I think with a bigger attendance there will be more tickets available at face value and alot more people will travel over from dublin. It only takes half an hour to get across. I dont no if you guys see this as a good or bad thing i no some liverpudlians dont really appreciate us "foreigners" coming over but im as much a fan as any and spend most of my money going to liverpool games. And a sixty thousand seater stadium would be full week in week out with more tickets readily available for face value. Its easy to get a ticket for old trafford or the emirates but liverpool is a diff story such is the demand. I went to the f.a cup game in old trafford with a few of my mates and a few where mancs they got 5 tickets or something for face value i couldnt believe it. Then i went to the game in anfield we beat them 3-1 and the hassle i had trying to get a ticket would put you off going.

Good point mate.  I think we have a tendency to look at our western catchment area and see water, but just beyond the horizon is Ireland, a cheap ferry / flight away.

70000 stadium should be the minimum to aim for, with potential to expand in the future.

Very cheap tickets for league cup/fa cup games :). Maybe FSG can bring some new ideas with regards to ticketing from the Fenway stadium.
