Yoghurt is a natural anti-biotic as well, have Greek yoghurt most every day. Prevents abscesses of the mouth occurring and what a f**king pain that is - literally.
To a degree this holds truth. Restores intestinal or oral flora disturbed by organic-chemical anti-biotics that's why patients under anti-biotic treatment (bar tetracycline or quinolones) are often prompted to include yoghurt in their diet to prevent colitis, colpitis and other antibiotic related inflamations.
Strained, 2% fat, combined with honey, cherry, or sour cherry my preferance.
