The lad hasn't done his chances any harm at all by scoring twice today.

I thought he showed a lot of good signs vs West Brom in the League Cup as well.

Yesil and Morgan could have a half each next game.

Would rather just give the full game to Yesil, yet to see what Morgan offers. In other news saw Lawrenson out in a club tonight and he was a lecherous embarrassment, trying to hit on 20 y'o girls I was sat with. In fact they kept mentioning to me they knew who he was but it's pathetic. Not being judgemental, just the simple truth, truly shocking to watch him in action.

Scored twice again, he should be starting I think, we need a striker in this team.

Starting?! He scores a couple of times in an under 19s match and he justifies a starting 11 spot? I'm all for him being on the bench but lets not get ahead of ourselves.

I'd have no problem with Yesil starting in the League Cup and Europa League, depending on the match-up. I thought he looked good against West Brom.

He has got as good a pedigree as Morgan or any other striker available (not named Suarez) to the gaffer right now..would not have issue with him taking Borini's spot or a mix of him Assadi or Morgan.

Samed looks a player but I don't think Morgan is good enough and ever will be.

Same. I see him as above Morgo at this stage in every aspect of the game bar finishing.

5 in 3 is great form at any level. Reading would be a great fixture to hand him his debut, their defence is sh*te

Think everyone needs to pump the brakes a little bit. We all have high hopes for him but it's one thing to score in U19 internationals (which he does in boatloads, to be fair), and it's another to be playing for Liverpool. Thought Jimmy Rice summed it up well :)

They don't all go on to be world beaters, however. Krisztian Nemeth scored a mighty 36 in 35 for Hungary at youth level #LFC

      How is Nemeth doing?

Hope Yesil doesn't have the same fate. I've been crying for a German player here for 2 years, hope Yesil turns out to be that world class player I was asking for :P

Not exactly setting the word on fire. I think he's had injury problems though. Shame, I was convinced he was going to make it with us but never really got the chance. His record since suggests that maybe it was right not to give him that chance.

Surprised he wasn't on the subs bench. He's going to have to start being there though because you'll never know when Suarez gets a bit of a dead leg like the end of the first half (knock on wood).

Think he may need to bulk up a tad before he gets his chance, very promising young talent.

What's with all the bulk up bulk up everyone get beefy thing? It's not like Owen or Fowler were bulldozers. His frame is very proportional to his age. Suddenly bulking up is not a good thing for a sport like football. You will just get slower. Just let him develop at his own rythm and he will eventually bulk up.
